    Installs easily. But still leaks constantly! Went from no-name brands of water filters to the “official” LG brand because they all leaked! At first, the LG brands did not leak. But they are as bad as the no-name brands now!

    Good but over priced. When you buy an appliance, you should check to see what yearly maintenance costs will be. For refrigerators, that would be the cost of filters.

    Bad experience. The wrong filter is sent. Luckily we have a store 40 miles away in Valparaiso. They allow me to turn in the wrong filter and choose the correct one. I am discontinuing the automatic refill service. After having this happen twice, we now keep an extra on hand and deal directly at the store.
