I found this item very difficult to use and hook-up.

The product is great. Was not what I needed so I tried to return during the return window as listed online. Store in San Antonio refused to accept the return. Do yourself a favor and don’t purchase from this store, maybe some other online store who will stand by their return policy.

Great little tablet. Sale price made it even better!

An artists best friend, highly recommend for desktop artists. Entry level pad but worth every penny

I just purchased this Wacom Pro tablet from Best Buy so that I can retouch my photos and this is the most amazing and reliable tablet for retouching photographs and I’m very satisfied with all the help and customer service that Best Buy always offers for there customers,. They have great customer support and staff that are knowledgeable about what products are sold at Best Buy

I got this Wacom pro at a great price. I use Abobe products. Using this tablet with Abobe gives me greater and precise details to my illustrations. It very easy to install & setup your settings just how you want. One of my best purchases as a Graphic designer.

Works great. I’ve used an older version but now decided to upgrade to a more recent version. the pen has a different and better feel.

My wife has been using this every day at work, and she absolutely loves it. She doesn’t even have good hand eye coordination, and she still feels super comfortable with it. If you’re going to get a drawing tablet WITHOUT a screen, this is a great option.

So happy I pulled the trigger and purchased this! I was a beginner and although I watched many videos and tutorials I have it down and still much to learn. I opted for this bigger one and couldn’t be happier i chose it vs the small beginner one.

One of the best drawing tablets out there. I had this product for a little over two years now. The nibs do get worn down quite a quickly when you use it often. It comes with a reasonable amount of replacement nibs which is great. The manual made everything easy for setting up I heavily use it for drawing/painting and also for playing a game called osu! ( a rhythm game for pc) it is still in great condition even with how much I use it. Its amazing for any level artist out there. Worth the investment.

Great product! Glad we bought it. Great for editing pictures, since I am a photographer.

These tablets are great. Not too big and responsive. Cg industry standard.

Took a few goes to get the hang of using this. But the control is unmatched. The iPad is great in a lot of ways but this is just better. once you get used to the no screen thing, it’s very much easier to use; and have become my go to option for digital art.
Pros: doesn’t overheart, lots of control from the 8K plus pressure points, everything is really responsive and easy to map/set up, toggable touch screen, medium is plenty of surface space, great as a touch mouse pad, the smoothest digital drawing experience ever, zero delay when plugged in (barely noticeable delay when in bluetooth), comes with 2 whole years of clip studio paint (which is such a great deal for beginners who are on a budget), slim and light weight (easy to store when not in use).
Cons: learning curve, pen often falls out of pen holder, the buttons on the pen are too low making them easy to accidently press, touch screen doesn’t have great palm rejection when drawing. Would rather a larger interface and no buttons (I use the keyboard for my commands), the tablet scratches easily if you use the plastic pen tip, only works on PC (not compatible with Apple and procreate or other tablets), very expensive! (I still bought it, but sometimes I remember the price of this thing and I still cringe a little bit.)

The product is amazing, I have used it every day, and it will greatly benefit my art career as a college student. The people I spoke to were extremely helpful, and the customer service was also nice.

I’ve been using wacom pen tablets for art for close to 20 years now, and the just keep getting better on performance and features, while dropping in price. Love this thing. The pen holder stores extra tips and even has a built in tip remover to keep from damaging them. Pen performs perfectly in photoshop or any other application.

I use this for retouching i love it. Great if you use photoshop!
MariaD –
I use this tablet for more than 8 hours at a time and its so easy to use. Make the whole process really easy with its customizable buttons. I would recommend to even beginners like me.

Great drawing tablet. Easy to use and fun. I recommend it to anyone that likes drawing
SamuelB –
I’ve enjoyed this product so much! It maps to my computer screen so well and has allowed me to draw more often. I bought to start drawing more and that’s all i’ve done since!!

I have used Wacom for a long time. The Intuos family are having a BIG problem and even after contacting Wacom, they were unable to help and didn’t offer a timeline of when the problem will be addressed. It keeps saying Touch On, Touch off and even with the “work around” that Wacom provided, I am left with a tablet that keeps stalling every 5 minutes AT LEAST and sometimes more often than that. It makes working horrid and frustrating. Wish I could return this tablet!
Megaliyou –
A very good drawing tablets I had this product for a little while. Its great for anyone who want to draw.

At first I was skeptical in going to a pen tablet from an iPad for digital art…. So glad I made the change! Absolutely love this Wacom pen tablet!!!!
BSnebold –
I bought this to replace the same exact model that I had for years, that wasn’t functioning correctly any longer. This tablet is fine. It’s a nice compact size that doesn’t hog the desk. I turn off all the external buttons and touch features because they just get in the way and complicate things. My biggest pet peeves are that the nibs wear down really fast and that getting to the new ones inside the holder base is too difficult.

I love Wacom and have used them for many years. I love that this one is so slim, it can be wireless, the pen feels great, and the touch feature is fun to have (and it’s nice to be able to turn that off when it’s not necessary).
EmmelinaG –
The sizing and texture is very nice. Definitely recommend

I have purchased this Wacom pad in large a couple of times for different parts of the house and absolutely love them. I’ve tried other brands but always switch back to the Wacom pads. My son is now starting to do digital art and I wouldn’t trust anything else. Merry Christmas!!!
Kenzie –
Really likr this drawing tablet. I hear some peoole say the large it too large and the small to small. Althought i dont use it to draw rather i used it as a mouse replacement for editing. Looking to return this one and get a small size as this one is about as big as my laptop keyboard and i just dont have enough space on my desk. Love it though!

Over the last 15 or so years I’ve tried a few tablets to get into digital art and note-taking. Most were too small or didn’t have enough features/connection options etc.
The medium pro tablet has been a dream to use for the most part. The software is great for PC/Mac. Once you take some time and effort to set it up and get accustomed to your mappings and pressures you won’t look back.
On desktop you can map the active area to one screen or 2 or a portion of a screen.
I tried it with a Galaxy Tab S8+, and while it did work the app for setting up the tablet to work on a tablet only gives the option to select a portion of the active area, a third to be specific, to be mapped to the screen. This is okay for note-taking and working in multi-windows on a tablet, but is almost useless for drawing or doing anything on fullscreen.
AFAIK this may not be the case with all tablets, and I had the same issue when I tried a One by Wacom tablet as well, as they use the same app to set up on a tablet.
What I will say though is that I’ve returned, sold or given away other digital art tablets. This one is going to be in my arsenal for the foreseeable future.
Can be used USB-C or BT, build quality is great, has worked with Autodesk, Krita, Tayasui etc. and can be custom configured to each. Touch works well not as good as a trackpad, but no real complaints.
I would suggest applying a screen protector to protect the surface as it’s hard to find the replacement surfaces for the Medium. This will also let choose the texture that you like, stock it feels like sketchbook paper.
For reference I mostly use this on a 27iMac5k with a 24in 2nd monitor. When drawing I have it mapped to whatever screen I’m doing art on.
Outside of not having more setup options for something like a plus or ultra sized tablets, I can’t really ding this tablet with any real flaws. It has been great to use thus far, I wish this around/possible 15 years ago.
Well worth the cost, but goes on sale around or under 200 at times and is a steal. Also plenty of videos showing how to set for your needs on many different applications. Personally I’ve been rocking this with Krita on a late 2015 iMac running off external SSD with zero issues. I would definitely recommend this.

Excellent product. Easy to set up and tracks flawlessly. The pressure levels this thing can register are amazing, and being able to use finger gestures to move the picture around to make my lines easier to draw is very fluid

I’ve said it before and won’t stop… WACOM (pronounced like wok ’em) is the very best tablet you’ll find. I have been using their products for years and won’t stop. Don’t settle for less! I bought this one for my daughter.
LanaF –
Absolutely love it. I had been using an extra large Intuos tablet & this new one is so much more sensitive…draws like the real thing.

Upgrading from a 10 year old small wacom (i guess bamboo). The best decision I made to upgrade. Set up was so easy. Pen feels great, tablet feels great. Medium works perfect for me.

I purchase this resentfully for my son. He is very happy with this tablet. He use this to work on animation.
