    Sold my relative the wrong batteries. In spite of having the phone model number and the exact model number of battery, I needed. They assured her they would work. NOT!! In fact they had sold me the correct batteries, a couple of weeks prior. They weren’t even the right mAh. They sold them to her because they had not reordered the correct ones after I had purchased the last two correct ones, a couple of weeks before. In fact, they still haven’t restocked the correct ones that I still need! ugh

    Can hear my phone very clear when talking to someone. The battery last a very long time until you need a new one. Very easy
    To remove and install. You do not have to charge this battery. When it starts to go down you just go purchase a new one because they last forever. They are great.
