    My girlfriend uses this every night for dinner in some way or another. It’s very versatile and gets every job done right quickly. We researched all the processors, but this one is the best if you are looking for quality that lasts.

    This is a great add on to my Ascent blender. It has a very good capacity (12 cups) and because it uses the blender motor, it has power to spare and blasts through processing tasks. Worth every penny.

    Vitamin is king or queen … depends how you would like to see it. Still this works just grea. Easy to use, and clean. Still, price could be a bit less.

    Nice unit with good quality parts and pieces. The only issue I see is the attachment does not fit squarely on the blender and sits at a strange angle.

    Living in Chicago during the winter makes for some creative inside activities, and this little gem has completed our Vitamix collection. Not every recipe requires a food processor, but we have a couple favorites that do, and this attachment does wonders. Just make sure you have a compatible Vitamix base.

    This is a great attachment to add to your vitamix blender, A3500 series blender. You have multiple different blade disk to choose from and you can control the speed with your blender. I’ve been able to dice my vegetables as well as make slaws, dips, dough, cheese shredding and spreads with this attachment.

    At first there was some intermittent issues with the food processor attaching with the blender but that issue went away. Every time I’ve used this since it works great.

    If you have a Vitamix, this food processor is amazing! Pricey but if you are looking for something that will last for years, then worth it. Sharp blades and can process frozen stuff with no issues!

    I’ll sum it up like this, when you read about making cashew butter they say you’ll have to scrap the sides a few times. I never had to scrap! It is extremely powerful. I have a food processor that is powerful but cant hold a candle to this.

    Great product but blade storage container design really missed this one! Storage container gets 1 Star for that!
    The blade storage container could have easily been designed to stack under the food processor base by changing the shape and design of the blade storage lid. Instead I have to use 2 shelves because the blade container does not fit under (or on top) of anything. Even the processing lid won’t sit on top of the blade container which that in itself would have made this 5 stars! All the parts have to be set in the cabinet independently which is a total waste of space.
    Lastly, I’m appreciate the lid is secure, but seriously, it is HARD to unclip both sides to remove the lid! I have the 12-cupper against me on the counter to be able to unlock the lid with both hands.
    Overall, I have one less appliance because the motor has dual purpose, but I’m still using a lot of space because things are not designed to stack.

    This food processor works great! It definitey takes advantage of the vitamix’s motor, but gears it down so that the blades arent moving so fast. It does a good job of circulating ingredients in things like salsas and hummus in recipes where I used to have to scrape down the sides of the bowl in other processors. It comes with a few handy accessories, but I mostly use the primary blade. Its nice having one motor on the counter and swapping back and forth between the blender pitcher and this.

    We’ve had our Vitamix food processor attachment fir a coupke of months now and absolutely love it. It’s mich quieter than our old one and has many thoughtful touches. The njcely sized basin and multiple blade options are great. If you already have a Vitamix base, this is a great accessory.
