So far so good! Had the unit for 3weeks and replaced our older Viking model. Old one was 11 years old.
Features are adequate. You can adjust power levels and has enough presets.
Took a long time to get delivered over a month, as this was not a standard stock item from BB.

It works, so that’s a plus, and it’s stainless, so it matches our other appliances. It is very basic, for it’s price, and it is literally 2x the cost of other microwaves. The screen for both clock and time looks as if it were from 20 years ago. Not centered and very old school look. Also, the clock/timer button is one and is not intuitive at all. You have to press 1 to change the clock, even after set, or 2 to get to the timer. All in all, for the price, it’s not worth it. Unfortunately, because we have this brand appliances, we went for a match, but in retrospect would have gone with a cheaper, better looking and functioning option.

The display screen was blue and the numbers were also blue so could not really read very well, not sure if this is the design or if ours was broken, but sending it back – too pricey to look cheap

Replaced an older Viking model. It’s the same simple design. The 13 year old existing trim kit worked with the new microwave. A big savings.

This unit was a replacement of a 2007 Viking VMOS200 which lasted over 16 years. Although pricey it did not require a new trim kit as the dimensions were identical. The unit has performed as expected with no issues. Unable to report on reliability over time, but if this unit lasts as long as the previous unit the price will be worth it.

I think this microwave will work out well. The only reason I bought it was because it replaced my old Viking microwave and fit the dimensions. I felt it was a little overpriced for the product but solid just the same.
