I can’t tell if this is “boosting” my cleansers and serums but it sure feels good! I frequently use it with toner and gently massage my whole face.
It has 4 modes – cleaning low and high and moisturize low and high. Honestly, the cleaning and moisturizing feel exactly the same, just low and high speeds.
It is possible the cleansers and toner are penetrating better than using my hands alone. It certainly feels really good!
The shape of the head really is nice for getting around my eyes to help soothe the dark circles I can get when I’m tired.
I haven’t noticed any difference in my “fine lines and wrinkles” that it says it can help lessen but since it feels good, I won’t complain about that!
It is a comfortable weight and shape in my hand and is easy to move around my face,
It takes 2 AAA batteries but I wish it was rechargeable. They seem to be lasting so hopefully I don’t have to change them too often.

Used this to apply some of the moisturizers and serums. I didn’t really notice anything mind blowing but for this cost I wasn’t expecting much. No real difference than applying it normally other than it feels good on the face.

My wife loves trying out new skin care / cosmetic items and once she saw the Vanity Planet Serum Booster she had to try. The review that follows is from her experience with using the device.
First impression:
I was surprised that the Serum Booster was so light and small, it’s easy to hold on to and the smaller stainless steel plate is nice as it’s easy to get in around eyes and corners around nose. There’s an instruction manual in the box “please do read it”, and nothing else, you have to supply 2 AAA batteries.
Using:
There are two main settings Cleaning and Moisturizing, each of those have a Hi/Low setting. I like to use Albolene cleanser after work to remove makeup and using the “clean” setting, seems to make the Albolene easier to spread around, and the vibration “especially on high” also seems to help break down the makeup.
Then I set the device to “Moisturize” and use my Hyaluronic Acid, or Ponds moisturizer with it to spread the cream around. It does seem to sort of liquefy the creams better than just spreading with my fingertip and it also seems to soak in faster when using the device.
Impression:
I like this little Serum Booster, it does seem to help improve products I’m already using, and I’ve noticed that it sort of tingles when going over my nose “don’t really feel that anywhere else on my face. After using my face does feel a little refresher and when I just do it by hand so I’m planning on using this for a long time. It’s easy to use and very easy to clean up, for the price it’s definitely worth giving it a try.

Review of Serum Booster
It is light and tiny easy to use. It use two triple A batteries, has buttons to On/OFF, Low/High options.
The feedback from my wife is that for it to work properly or see any effect need to use quite frequently but feel better to do manually.
On the other hand, the feedback from little girls is it tickle the skin making fun moment.
They all applied a cream then use the Serum Booster to smooth the skin or at least with that purpose.
One aspect of complain was about the instruction being too vague, and the fact that after few usage didn’t notice the difference.
Apart of these details, it is hard to notice the result immediately at least.

The Vanity Planet Serum booster helps with the application of creams and moisturizers. You have to hold down the power button for 1.5 seconds to turn it on and then it starts out in low vibration serum mode then you click the power button to move into high vibration serum mode. From there click the power button again to move into low vibration moisturizing mode, click once more for high vibration moisturizing mode. If you click it again it goes back to low vibration serum mode. Hold it down for 1.5 seconds again to turn it off. The minute I turned the device on I could tell it had a high-quality vibration motor which I was pleasantly surprised by considering the price point. Now the reports are in and the news is good my wife told me that she could tell a noticeable difference in the feel of her skin the next morning after using the device. She also told me that she used the high vibration modes on her face and the low vibration modes for under the eye use. She is very happy with it and feels like it really worked and will make a difference with long-term use compared to just applying serums and creams normally. She could feel the difference in her skin and would definitely recommend it. For the price, you can not go wrong!

It does not really do what it claims. It says it helps absorb the serums, but it just vibrates on your face. After using it, there were many spots on my face where I had to pat the lotion that had built up. You can get the same effect by using a lotion roller.
It has 2 settings, one is for “cleanse” and one is for “moisturize”. They both literally do the exact same thing. They vibrate low and high. The low vibration setting for both modes don’t feel effective at all. You have go use the high setting to feel that is doing anything.
Overall, I think you may get some satisfaction by using this on your face, however I don’t think it has much use as a beauty product.

The vanity planet serum booster is pretty straight forward and easy to use. It uses two AA batteries to power it and will last you quite some time before having to replace them. Use it to apply moisturizer, toner or sheet mask onto your face. It vibrates very quickly “ultrasonic” and helps work the product into your skin. Obviously your results may vary, depending on the product you use. But this is a great way to apply product into your skin. It is small and smooth enough to work it under and around your eyes as well. It is lightweight and doesn’t take up much space in your bag or drawer. My only complaint is that it feels a little Plasticky and cheap. So don’t drop it because it feels like it might break easy from a high fall. Otherwise, treat yourself and love your skin!

So this review is really focused in on my first week of usage… I admit, that this is probably going to take some time… as well as is dependent on other factors.
First impressions… It just feels like an inexpensive gadget.
The packaging, was basic. while it kept the product safe, was completely crushed in shipping.
the device itself.. no batteries supplied, you need to supply your own AAA batteries. Just in today’s device world, for this not to be a USB charged item, or have basic batteries included, just seemed odd
Okay.. .so was all set to use it… and well found out that I needed to purchase Cleansing solution or Moisturizing product… I wasn’t expecting that. So did get some… and honestly, I think my results are going to totally depend on the product I use along with the device.
Using the device itself… very easy. On-Off, Level 1 or Level 2, and mode. Really easy.. single button. Easy to know if it is on and off.
Very easy to place on the face, light and easy to hold…
I have used it for several days… and can’t really tell if it is making a difference yet, but going to continue to try and use..
We will see. It is a low cost option, that can have benefits… but… it is going to take time to really tell. Not a quick fix, overnight improvement… so will continue to use, and see where it goes.

The unit is very simple to operate. It is easy to store in the bathroom (not needing a charger), so it is very accessible for use, I do not have a problem with using batteries (they are great for travel) although plug-in capability would be nice. It glides well and vibrates at a level that is comfortable. It cleans easily. Cleansers, serums and moisturizers seem to absorb better and more quickly than when I apply them manually. It feels good to the face. All said, over the long run, it should improve my facial circulation and lines based on my current experience.

This is a useful device for your daily skincare and beauty regimen with it’s gentle vibrating sensation.
After using it for a week I’ve noticed that my face feels a bit more moisturized after using my daily night time cream. The tool will require two AAA batteries and is easy to operate with a button and illuminated light. Simply apply the moisturizer of your choosing and apply to your skin, and then you guide this serum booster across the surface of your face to help assist your moisturizer to get in deep into your pores. Overall it’s a calming and relaxing sensation and I want to believe that it’s doing good for my skin. I can’t really see any results or have proof that this is helping my skin, but logically it makes sense that it would be.
It’s compact, easy to take with you, lightweight, and easy to operate. It just doesn’t have a premium feel to it, but at this price point it’s a great beauty assistant. Hoping to see some smoother and softer skin after longer usage.

This Vanity Planet massager is small enough to fit quite comfortably in my hand. It has 2 speeds – low and high. There are 2 modes – cleansing and moisturizing. I can’t feel the difference between the two. It can assist in the application of my moisturizer, however I can just as easily spread it with my fingers. I don’t know that it makes my skin any softer using this. However the vibrations definitely cause increased circulation. I felt slightly tingly in the area where I had used the massager. It actually feels good. I love a massage!!
2 AAA batteries are required. The batteries are not included and aren’t mentioned anywhere on the box. The enclosed User Guide mentions the massagers “sensor strips”. I see them but have no idea what they do, if anything.
This is a basic massager that is comfortable to hold and can be used on the face as well as other body parts. I also use it to message the palm of my hands where I have some arthritis and it seems to lessen the pain. It has a nicely shaped flat head that causes good contact with my skin. I would recommend this, not as a ”serum booster” but as a mini massager that can help to increase circulation.

The Vanity Planet – Serum Booster is a handheld skin rejuvenator. It’s small and convenient. Initial use was a little confusing (button functions) but I eventually figured it out. It has several different settings to massage the skin in your face. It works as intended and can’t really complain about that but I have one major issue with the battery cover. It comes off too easy. The battery cover is in the back and rests in your palm and this device vibrates constantly causing the battery cover to pop off every single time. It is very annoying to have to keep putting the cover back on. For an example the battery cover on my remote for my tv gives a solid snap when putting the cover on, this however does not and you can tell it is not secure.

I received this device couple of weeks ago but never really had a chance to try it out until recently but wanted to wait that long to write a review to make sure that this works. It is very portable and light, with ergonomic design for good comfort to hold. I’m a skin care junkie. I got this to have a better set up for my face products & so far I love it. This item is SUPER COOL. I’ve been using this device for more than a week and it’s become a twice-daily part of my facial routine, indispensable. I use this in the morning & at night. It is pretty relaxing! After cleansing, I apply serum, then my diy butters/grape seed oil emulsion, then make it soak in with this device. Size literally fits in my palm. Based on videos I watched tons I could never get a sense of the size of this, but when I got it, I was impressed. While I think my skin looks decent overall because I’ve been using Retin-A for couple of years, I do have some slackness to my face and my crows’ feet have been getting more pronounced. I don’t have any desire to get injections, so this seemed like a good alternative, and it has been so far. My crows’ feet do seem improved, and my skin looks tighter.
The way that this works is that you use it in sweeping motions and in certain held positions. In the places where you sweep, you pass it over three areas, three times each, in a certain pattern. Realize that this does take a time commitment. When you first get it, you’re supposed to use it multiple days a week for the first few weeks, and after that you can cut back to a few times a week. You only need to use it five minutes a day, but you can add on a few extra holds in other areas of your face, which is what I have been doing since I got it. Although it has so many features, that doesn’t make using the device more complicated, instead operating this small tool is super straightforward. Switching modes is just by pressing the power button, and one button does all.
You will need 2 AAA batteries in order to use it. I was really hoping and wished the device was rechargeable like few other Vanity Planet products but it is what it is. This is the only reason for knocking off a star from my review. Batteries seem to last longer, so it shouldn’t be much of a hassle. I’ve been using it everyday now and never had to replace it the batteries so far even once.
SUMMARY: This is an amazing facial massager. It absolutely gets your blood flowing. It is gentle yet effective. The handle is comfortable to hold. Easy to learn & adjust. My face feels rejuvenated & fresh after use. You can decrease eye bags with this. Great to get your oxygen & blood flow going. The massage makes for collagen production & wrinkle prevention. I am highly pleased with this & will definitely recommend!

This serum booster works well, is easy to get going and easier to use. The only real draw back is that it would be nice if it was able to be a little stronger for around the cheek bones and other harder areas, but it still works very well for most applications. Very nice unit and will definitely bring your skin care routine to another level!

able to resolve specific skin problems. by applying the booster you can get results faster.

Nice facial massager for boosting serum levels as the name implies. Small and smooth head provides gentle vibrations on either low or high setting. These vibrations assist in working your favorite skin care product into the skin whilst boosting serum levels as well as increased comfort and vanity to yourself. I never realized what a difference the vibrations can make on the overall feeling of your skin and absorption of product. This is definitely a neat little device that I enjoy on a daily basis.

I’m not sure how I feel about this product yet. The serums seem to dry out before I finish. Maybe I’m going to slow? Not giving up yet. I want to really like this product.

I wasn’t convinced this would do much for the serum I put on my face. I thought it would get all over this booster. Not so. Not only does the serum not stick to the unit, it really does something. 5 hours after using this, my face was soft and moist… still. This is now a requirement when using serum.

This serum booster makes spreading product on the face a breeze. Simply put whatever cream your using on the small metal pad and turn it on. It is small and is convenient to take places if you are traveling. My only complaint about it is that it feels cheaply made. Not sure if this device will stand up for the long haul.

Great little machine.I didn’t think it would make much difference but I like the way it feels against my face and skin.I use it for my neck as well and I really like it.

Decent face massager to apply facial serums & moisturizers. I wish the handle is longer for comfortable fit in the palms.

Is a worthless tool. .. the vibration is so minimal that it’s pointless

Unfortunately, I have acne rosacea which leads to very dry and sensitive skin and the usual assortment of blemishes in all of their stages. I currently use a couple of different medical creams and lotions to treat the condition, but I really don’t like using my fingers to apply them as that just introduces more bacteria into the mix. This tool is wonderful, and that it allows me to apply any lotion to my face free from cross contamination. Not only do the different vibration settings, help speed up absorption of my lotions, but they feel great on my skin, like a mini massage. I have definitely seen improvement in how long it takes for my skin to absorb the lotions and creams using this product, and I would highly recommend it. Whether you want to use it, additionally, or just as a nice massage for your face while applying lotion, you will not be disappointed.

I was skeptical at first, but now it has become part of my nightly skin care routine.
I notice that my skin care product s are being absorbed by my skin more effectively and the sensation also helps me relax.
Oh and also, have I mentioned that this will not break your bank!
