Part of my sonose entertainment package. Easy to use. Considered the best. Highly recommend when you want the best.

So nice not to have several remotes lying around! Reach for this one and it does it all. Quick change of channels or devices. Easy to learn.
Doug –
The remote is very nice and has a lot of capabilities. The only down side is if you change or add equipment you have to pay for a geek squad member to reprogram it

I was having to use two to four remotes to utilize my tv, dvd, cd, ipod, and roku. This made using all my devices available at the click of a button.

Had it for one and a half years. The screen died. The remote never worked properly. I want back to the Harmony Ultimate cost less and does more then this garabage.

In an era of electronics, you need a way to control their purpose. This remote keeps all other devices in line, and when it is time to rest, you just put it in a cradle to charge.
Marcia –
It has a life of its own. It sits in a cradle and wakes up when you pick it up. There is no crying so that is nice.
AliM –
Thank you from Victor best person. He is very knowledgeable.

The one problem with this Universal Remote Control does not have a help button to walk through correcting a problem like my previous Logitech Harmony. Other than that is a good remote.
Jack –
This unit reduces the need for other hand held devices, if you have multiple components in your media system. It takes a little getting use to like any new device but worth the purchase.

I was shown how to use it by the guys..They couldn’t be nicer about it since I am a little bit older.
