    this battery seems to be working alot better than a lower priced battery I purchased from a larger online competitor. this battery from best buy does not cause the phone to get extremely hot to the touch and the battery lasts for me most of the day.

    It was a little bit of a struggle to get the phone opened to replace the battery, but after I got the phone open it was fairly easy to install this new battery..so far so good with the battery life.

    I am 65 years old, and was able to use the kit to change out the battery on my old iphone 5. It works perfectly now. I just googled a how to video, and it was extremely helpful on showing me what I was in for, and what challenges I might face. Took about 30 minutes total.

    It seems that the battery hasn’t lasted very long charge it overnight haven’t used phone and the battery doesn’t stay charged

    Bought this battery for my iPhone 5 that stopped working. Works great but was tricky to get the old one out. You need to use special tools that I found on Amazon for $8.

    Seem to have ordered the wrong battery. I told the battery I received is not correct for the I 5 se model. Not sure how to resolve this as I am now in Brazil not the US. Regarding the ratings. As I am unable to use the battery I am not able to give a rating
