    So! I didn’t buy this at Best Buy BUT I basically buy everything at Best Buy so wanted to share a review.

    I was cross shopping this, Kishi V2 and Backbone for my Android. I have an OtterBox on my S10+ And wanted something I could easily plug and play (Hopefully without removing the case). I had the Kishi V2 for a week but the need to remove my case was annoying to say the least, The thumbsticks felt cheap and everything was just meh. I got this next as it was on sale for $80 and after a week with it, it’s phenomenal. I only wanted it to cloud Gamepass which it’s specifically designed for (Can use Gforce and Steam, just note there is no dedicated button for that).

    The controller feels good in hand and I don’t even have to remove the case! The buttons and sticks feel like an xbox controller which is amazing and it charges in just 2 hours to give you 22 hours of life. There is literally 0 input lag even though it’s bluetooth, Only issue is the back feels flimsy as there is no back, so if you squeeze your controller for to long in an intense game match you might accidentally pop the controller off but it rarely happens.

    One HUGE THING GO NOTE: At first I was about ready to yeet and delete the controller because it didn’t work, only the left side would pair and the bluetooth light kepy blinking while the right side white light didn’t turn on. I downloaded the Atom app and was able to update both side of the remote but then the right side would still not pair, it was annoying AF. What I found out is, you need to hold B and the 3 bar Hamburger Icon (Start Button) at the same time to power on the right side. NOWHERE in the manual does it say this, I only did it because it told me to do it during the update phase in which I said, let me try that to reset it and boom it worked. Turtle Beach HAS to include this somewhere or these will be returned like no tomorrow.

    Overall it’s and amazing gamepad!

    I’ve tried Razer Kishi and Nubia controllers that had multiple issues. Turtle Beach is by far the best Android controller on the market with ZERO lag, very comfortable grip, and outstanding performance. Buy it with confidence, this controller surpasses Razer Kishi by a mile.

    I suppose I have become spoiled witn the Kishi mobile controller, but needed something different since upgrading my phone. I liked the idea of this controller: (1) Could prop my phone and use controller separately or attach it (2) personalize controls based on playing style. But it felt awkward attaching it to my phone: (1) perhaps because of my smaller hands (2) the adjustable clasp annoyingly caught on my screen protector and started peeling it if not attached just so. These were fine to work around. It was WHILE I was trying to enjoy Atomic Heart that controller decided to freakin DIE that made me take this mess back!!!! I should be enough that my phone has a charge. You mean I have to consider charging THIS CONTROLLER TOO?! Absolutely not. Give me my plug-n-play please.

    Perfect for xbox game pass. My phone was just a bit too big to use this with my case on (galaxy s21 ultra), but it should fit most normal phones with the case. Easy pairing, quick charging, and it mimics the feel of a nintendo switch (its been mistaken for both that and a steam deck).

    Only bought this because of the revieww but wow turtle beach im sorry this is made so cheap. I returned it for the backbone and the input lag is night and day difference. Backbone way more responsive. The atom feels lime the triggers will break after 100 clicks. I have 2 pairs of turrle beach gaming buds…couldnt even use them with the atom but the backbone i can worst turtle beach product ive bought. The atlas super hearing with waves adapter 3.5mm is top tier. Even the recon ,/ cloud controller’s are better than most. This atom is hotrid. Wouldnt use it tor free.

    These seemed like a great investment, considering they were under $100. A few factors when considering to purchase these, one the A button is extremely close to the thumb stick and 2 the battery dies more quickly than you realize. All in all, it’s great for myself. I purchased it to play Minecraft, so the button arrangement doesn’t bother me, but for other games, it will be a small issue.

    This works really well, there is very little lag.
    I have a otter box case on a s22 ultra and it fits well, would highly recommend.

    This controller is a lot better than I thought it would be. Fits my ROG Phone 7 Perfectly. I tried the xbox backbone controller for Android and it did not fit comfortably, definitely too tight. This controller will definitely get used a lot more than my other controllers for sure.

    This is probably the best product like this on the market. It’s the only 1 that is self contained and is able to hold a Samsung 23 Ultra with a protective case. I wish there were more color options but the black and yellow is still sharp. Would recommend to any phone users with USB-C charging.

    I couldn’t get the right side to pair with the left side so there goes that, ended up taking them back and just using one of my Xbox controllers. The quality felt okay but if it doesn’t work what’s the use.
