    It was very difficult to activate this phone. I could not do it without calling the company and having them walk me through the process. I bought this as a gift for someone who’s never had a cell phone before and how she could be expected to figure this out is beyond me. That said, the phone works fine.

    The touch screen on this device is absolutely dreadful. It’s unresponsive, inaccurate, and frustrating to use. I constantly experience delays, ghost touches, and calibration issues. It’s a significant hindrance to productivity and a constant source of annoyance

    This phone is more for a beginning, user and not for advance to users. I found it to be extremely slow, but it did hold it on so if you’re an average everyday user, I think the phone would be great for you, but for someone like myself, who is a superbly advanced mobile user, this phone would not be a go for me, but it would definitely be a go for the average user

    It’s a Tracfone. I use it to send/receive calls/texts. Very rarely take photos or use data, and still small enough to fit in a pocket and price can’t be beat. I’m very happy with it so far.

    Mostly used as a Wi-Fi device – was drawn in by the Nokia brand but I think there are better models at this price. Main problem is wi-fi connection issues which haven’t been an issue with similar models.

    This is the worst and most difficult phone I’ve ever encountered! I bought this for my husband, he’s always had an Alcatel flip which only lasts about a year, so thought this would be s SMALL step-up. However, even other friends tried to operate this and had no luck either! When you swipe this, you do NOT know where it’s going! We ended up purchasing another phone AND switching from Tracfone to Boost! Never again!

    Constantly freezes up and runs slow. Some of the apps are always stopping and it is not easy to get back to the home screen. Frustrating to use. I am not happy with this purchase. It was on sale, but I guess you get what you pay for.
