    Works only for Verizon Wireless as Tracfone was bought out by Verizon Wireless. They no longer include the T-mobile or AT&T SIM cards in the kit

    As soon as i walked in the store i was greeted with a huge welcoming smile and was told if you need any help feel fre to ask me i asked the employee where to pick up my package shd directed me to customer service where they really kind as well and helping and i was on my way ! Satisfied customer and such nice employees.

    Excellent customer service. BUT when on phone with tracphone tried to get new sim card to work, was told sim card wasn’t any good!!!! Even Corporate couldn’t help!! They are sending a new phone because of this. Both customer service and corporate personnel were very sorry this happen. Good think the card only cost $1 !!! We tried both the Verizon and T-Mobile, neither one worked!!!

    STAY AWAY FROM TRACFONE AT ALL COST. VERIZON IS TRYING TO RUN ALL CUSTOMERS OFF TRACFONE AND JOIN VIRIZON!

    This comes with both the A and B sim cards and only cost $1.00 extremely affordable. I thought I was going to have to pay up too $25max for a new sims card

    Perfect card…just not able to set it up with Tracfone. Their fault, not yours. Next time I won’t believe that an unlocked phone ?Globus? which they said was good is truly Tracfone compatable. Now a happy T-Mobile customer.
