    The wi-fi extender has made a great impact on the my grandchildren and the speed of the way they play their Xbox. It has made a great difference and they are happy with the way they play there games.

    I needed to extend my wifi signal as my wife works from home and the modem signal wasn’t strong enough to keep the signal stable so I went to best buy too purchase an extender I had done my research and there were two extenders I was looking at that had good reviews and after talking to Chris in best buy I determined that this was the best one. I purchased it installed it which was easy and issue was resolved I love it and wife is working again from anywhere in the house. I am satisfied and pleased

    I would not know. This was delivered to the wrong address, which was acknowledged by FedEx, who told me to tell Best Buy to file a claim since they lost it. Best Buy then told me to file a police report since it was delivered to somebody else, BUT nobody knows what address. My local Sheriff’s office stated it is not a crime to have an item delivered to the wrong address, and FedEx acknowledged the error; therefore, there is no crime, and a police report cannot be filed. However, I have a report number I spoke to the sheriff’s office. Three months later, I am still trying to get them to give me a refund and am sitting on the phone again, waiting for them to find “the best option” for me, which needs to be a full refund.

    These extenders were easy to set up and work seamlessly throughout our house. Just take your time setting up so they can keep up with you. The new extenders may have received a software upgrade while I was performing the setup. They turned out to be a significant upgrade over the previous extenders. I am very pleased with their function.

    Works better than expected, however I assumed by pictures that I would be able to plug this into a hot ethernet port but this is not the case…….this might not make sense but some of my devices don’t have an ethernet port

    It does its job. I have my Modem inside and the Extender in my garage. I use the Ethernet Adapter on the extender to hardwire my desktop via ethernet. The Ethernet port on the extender is faster than the WiFi which is expected. The WiFi on my modem is faster than the WiFi on the extender so I do loose speed of about 2-300 mbps. Only flaw is that it splits your WiFi into a different SSID so it is kind of a pain making sure your device is connected to the correct network.

    purchased this to extend wifi signal to a produce stand from the house. it works well even in the summer time when it gets hot. the range is pretty far about 200ft with 1 bar but still works great. i did have the 1200 model but it burned out after being in a food truck with extreme heat.

    I have a fairly large two-story house with my router on the second floor in a corner due to incoming connection. I pay for 100mbps speeds and was barely getting 4mbps on the other side of the house. Put this extender in the middle on 2nd floor and can get at least 70+ mbps anywhere in my house. It seamlessly switches and has low latency.
