    The product with my system was about average. It did not impress me as each web address I took in took a bit longer to load than using the straight wired Ethernet cable which is much faster. Getting the box opened was a nightmare. You have to tear the box up just to get to the product the way the box is locked shut with the tabs and end flaps. There is no possible way to get to the product without tearing the box. There are two flap ends on each side of the box, but once you tear the box open, you will see what I mean by the locked tabs making it impossible to reuse the box for storage in the case you want to box the product back up for storage or moving. I have a telephone line which has to run across the floor due to the fact there is no phone jack on the wall that my computer is stationed at and not enough room at the phone jack. I purchased this product to eliminate the telephone line going across the middle of my floor. This will work, it just takes longer for pages to load, and yes… I do have the unit plugged into USB 3.0 powered hub.

    It’s a great product. The only issue I’ve had with it so far is lag spike. I will be playing a game, then I’d spike and lose a fight because of it. The issue may be my fault as I am far. Even though I’m far, 90% of the time it works perfectly fine.

    Was worried about the excellent price and the quality of the wireless router extender but after trying it for several months now it is by far surpasses even the nighthawk I would recommend it to anyone at any time.

    Have a TP link modem and sometimes lost it while working on my laptop. Now that problem seems to be remedied with the use of the adaptor.

    I was able to get fiber internet and my original wi-fi adapter just wasn’t able to hang anymore. I got this one and so far I’ve been really happy with it. Set up was relatively easy and I’m getting great internet speeds.

    Please do not buy this. I have a TP-Link mesh Wi-Fi that performs great. But this adapter is terrible. After having it for about a month it would sometimes not turn on after starting up my computer. I would have to disconnect it and plug it back in for it to work. I researched online for solutions and nothing has worked. What a waste of money.

    Should be stated speeds severely suffer for non usb 3.0 devices, as well as non wifi 6 devices suffer dramatically, does increase wifi performance for these devices but will drop signal constantly!

    Plug and play. Now my desktop has wifi capabilities and the speeds are quite nice. With fiber I am getting nearly the same speeds as a get on my other laptops and phones.

    Ive been fighting some wifi cards that simply were not fast or was just not connecting properly. I finally gave in and went with a USB wifi dongle and it actaully works amazingly. I get no lag, fast download speeds, and fun online gaming.

    Great range and speeds and setting up the drivers was super easy a 2 step process. The included cable that came with it was quite meh I would recommend the insignia USB extension cable over the one included if you need it. Otherwise it works great on my rig and haven’t noticed any ping issues or speed drops. Also pro tip the antenna articulates but doing so did not change my speeds so keeping it folded up seems fine

    Works great. My PC is about 2.5 rooms away from my Wi-Fi 6router and I get full signal. No lag in online games either.

    I wanted to increase the internet speed kn my desktop so i decoded to get this. I already have an off brand that helps the desktop get wifi signal. The only problem the one i had only picks up 2.4 hz. This one is dual and so my internet speed from my desk top went from mid 30’s mbps to over 300 mbps. I highly recommend this product. It is also east to install.

    Works great! Love the fact it has a stand and can also be attached straight to my devices. Just using the antenna improved my speeds because of the “wifi 6” vs my computer with built in “wifi 5”. The range seems to be pretty good as well!

    A welcome replacement for my old wifi stick that was around 10 years old. I was only getting about 75 MB download with that. With this new wifi adapter I am now getting the download/upload speeds i pay for which are 400 down, 25 up and I havent had a porblem in over a month of ownership. Super easy to set up as well.

    Simple and easy to use – Device comes with a mounting base and a fairly long cable- I didnt read the package when I picked it up, was looking for a device to add wireless on a remote setup computer- the install was very simple as the device contains the drivers as needed built into the Wifi adapter itself – Plug in, wait for a short recognition period, install and get to work . Range is good, connection has been stable and reliable.

    To be honest, its iffy,
    For regular use its perfect but if your a gamer like myself its not the greatest, im very competitive so it has lag spots every now and then but it’s frequently.
    For everyday use its perfect download is fine upload speeds are quick as well.
    For the price I’d get it every time, until you can connect wired or get an extender. Other than that it works perfectly
