    Easy set up. The web interface for the most part is also user friendly with clear options. Range is better than previous Wi-Fi router. Had my house back up with Wi-Fi and network within hours. Really like it has 8 network ports in addition to the internet input port, and allowed me to remove a switch.

    Set up is a nightmare. After getting it dialed in random devices show up on the network. Login somehow no longer works and you have to reset the system. Not worth the time at all. And the 14 day return policy isn’t nearly long enough.

    I’ve got this set up in the corner of my basement. The wifi signal it puts out is strong enough to reach every inch of my house as well as every inch of my quarter acre yard. I could not be happier. 38 totals devices on the network total with no issues at all.

    Works exactly how it should!! I love it!! Plug and play!! Looks awesome!! I gave 1gb internet speed. 5 phones connected to wife, 5 xboxes, 2 computers, and 3 smart tvs. It handles everything flawlessly!! Everybow and then when almost everything is connected i have to disconnect my phone from the network to connect my tv. But other then that its amazing for all the devices i have connected!!!

    I don’t like this TP-Link Router as well as i did my netgear nighthawk. This one don’t work as good as my netgear did.

    Best Buy didn’t send me a hdmi cord that should have come with this monitor. Instead of sending me a cord the are making me return the monitor. Best Buy used to have good customer service.

    Not a power outage, but an Internet outage has killed the WAN port of this router. It will.not connect to my modem now.

    I have two of these routers now and both perform very well. My favorite feature is that I can combine the 2.4ghz and 5ghz networks into one so that I don’t have to bother switching back and forth depending on the situation.

    This thing will work great for a few months, but then it’s going to get a red light of death. Once that happens, it doesn’t matter what you do. You’ll reset everything a million times, replace the cable connecting it to the modem, etc. All of that will do nothing as this product just breaks constantly. This is my third one to do this.

    This router has been the best overall router I’ve had! The range is absolutely insane, there is no reason to have a WiFi extender with this! If you want something that has amazing range and can handle seriously like 20+ devices connected to it with blazing fast speeds, this is the router for you!

    Excellent. A little pricey. Purchasing from Best Buy was a snap. Easy to install on ATT fiber optic high-speed w help from ATT customer support. Old router used as a modem/bridge. Very pleased w the purchase.

    I love this thing, I recommended it to everyone I know. Before getting this we had horrible connection and internet speed. We had a 250 speed plan and we were getting maybe 70, now we are getting over 600. We also get service from 6 houses down the street.

    Before this outer i was frustrated with my wifi my game streaming was lagging to much…this router changes my game experience no more trouble with streaming.i also like that i was able to connect through tp link powerline adapter lan connection and not directly to modem cause it is setup far from my room so router is now setup in my room tp powerline adapter has only 2 lan connection but im able to connect more through router as it has 8 lan connection this router is a must have to up ur wifi

    For streaming this router worked excellent, great WiFi coverage and speeds, however it has a latency issue that spikes every few seconds from 6- 80 6-57 so on and so forth. I feel this is almost needless to say. But a so called gaming router needs to be stable and latency spikes, well make it unusable for gaming

    I was planning on returning this because I thought it would not work, but it worked better then I ever wouldve imagined. I had a game were I had literally 9 ping the entire match, never went up or down. I have not a single wifi problem since getting this.

    Very easy to install. I was able to notice the difference right away. It seems great and you can control everything very easy.. Very easy to setup with VPN. Bulky but I don’t mind at all.

    This router does not have the easiest setup page, but it’s workable. Internet speeds were very good. The weak link on this router is it’s support of a network USB drive. From the beginning, this was always intermittent. Finally after a year or two, I could no longer map my network drive on this unit.

    I contacted Tech support and they were excellent. We worked through every scenario and it was determined that the router was faulty. They offered to replace the router IF I could find my original receipt.

    Who keeps their receipt for a $229.00 router after a year or two? I sure don’t. I have the original UPC from the original box and a photo of the underside S/N.

    Because I had no access to a receipt or other proof of purchase, Archer has advised me that they won’t replace the router. This was a relatively expensive router when I bought it and I should have gotten longer use from it.

    It was great while it lasted, but I’m going back to my old standby with Linksys. Linksys may not have the screaming speed of this router, but it’s Linksys has always offered basic, reliable “bread-and-butter” products that last many years.

    I need a network drive. That seems to be the weak point on this router, so out it goes to the recycle service.

    So nice looking and had such high hopes. We git this for the extra ports in the back so we dis not have to get a switch. After we installed it we immediately were having latency issues once in awhile while we were hard wired in. While playing Warzone and streaming on Twitch we lost connection 5 different times in a 2 hour period. We had an Asus RT-AX82U AX5400 router that never had this issue and it is over $100 less. Needless to say we returned the router, went back to our old router and purchased a switch for more ports. Before someone from the router manufacturer gets on here to question me yes it is in a great spot. Yes we were hard wited in and yea we made sure all the firmware was up to date.
