The worst experience of online shopping and customer service in my life. The issue is not with the actual phone card or Total by Verizon but the extremely poor customer service actions. Nov 18th still cannot use the phone!

Would have been great if the cashier actually rang it up and activated it correctly as well as the phone that went with it. Had to make two extra trips as they didn’t do their job right. Disappointing and inconvenient.
