    this is a good little radio and cd player…. downside is that the labeling on the buttons is rather small so difficult to see which one to use without referring back to the instructions…. good sound and also like the digital tuning of radio stations…. plugs in but can use batteries which we have not tried yet… works well for its intended usage which is in our camping trailer or outside while working in the yard or sitting out on the deck

    Buttons are too small and several have multiple functions depending on the part of the button that is pressed. Difficult to turn from radio to CD player. Returned it to store.

    This “boom box” is one of the best I purchased over the years and it beats them all with regard to sound quality. Superb quality, excellent design (the fact that it is smaller than most “boom boxes” this little guy will blow you out of the water. Highly recommended, excellent customer service.

    I purchased this boombox to replace one my Son had for quite a few years, which finally stopped working. He uses the portable Toshiba CD player when he’s working in the garage and outdoors. He said he totally loves it and recommends it if you still play CDs like he does.

    This is a replacement because my original item was completely broken and destroyed when it was delivered to the point where the handle and speakers were broken off when you opened the box. It looked like it was ran over by the delivery truck. The box was crushed and the item inside the shipping box was completely damaged. Delivery stinks and wasn’t packaged very well considering it was a fragile item. I was trying to avoid package pickup but ended up using it because delivery completely destroyed my item.

    Low tech ease, love it! Portable with batteries or able to plug in outlet if no batteries available. Directions understandable and easy to follow, thus easy to use.

    This little CD player has good sound for its size and price…but if you are a senior citizen, you may want to look for another one. The buttons are very small and hard to see. CD players are usually very simple to use, but this one has confusing directions and small control buttons. We are getting older but have no problems with our other CD players. I cannot recommend.

    Like the color and the compact size. The sound is not too bad either. I use this on my front porch so I can listen to music while I work in the yard. The one major complaint I have is the difficulty in raising or lowering the volume. You think the manufacturer would make this simple, but no, the buttons on this boombox have multiple functions. They are not intuitive to the average person. You press the buttons and it switches between radio, cd or “aux”. I grow so frustrated after pushing button after button, and NONE of them control the volume, I just turn it off in disgust. Needless to say, I haven’t listened to it much. I need to reread the directions so I can memorize how to operate this dang thing!

    Bought as a birthday present for a 4 year old music enthusiast. He loves it and is able to use all the functions. So far has held up well. It is a great size. Large enough to not be fragile but small enough to fit in a space in his bedroom
