    I love this! Super nice and useful. Just set it up to your phone then hook it to any thing you’d like to be tracked once lost sample the car key. it’s so easy to find using this tracker. Love it!

    Really not what i was needing. 1 tile didn’t report all day for several days. When it stopped reporting it was a few blocks away from the location that it was at. Does not give real time updates. It was very easy to use and set up. Was able to sync with life 360

    Not useless at all. Never been used, couldn’t return to the store because store associate didn’t wanted to take it back since item was opened. Works only within Bluetooth range.

    I got the tile to put in my checked baggage for a trip from the US to Greece (with connecting flights). The tile app works well, connected well to the tile. Since it’s reliant on other Tile users, it was sometimes hard to get a read on where my bag was in some airports. But, this was really a failsafe incase my bags got lost. Had I had an issue with luggage, I feel that it would have been useful in finding my bag. Gave me peace of mind!

    Set up was a breeze. Tile goes disabled sometimes and had to lookup history on where it was last seen. Overall it is better and simpler than setting up an Apple airtag.

    Functionality is great. App is user friendly. Tile is quieter than I hoped, making it harder to find when attached item is in couch cushions, under a blanket or pillow, or just in another room. Found tile cheaper on Amazon, and do not want go through the hassle of going back to the store for price match.

    Cannot get it to work. The directions it sent me do not work !!
    I have called them and texted them about 10 times. I asked if they could walk me thru the steps to activate the tile mate.

    Putting the tile mate next to my phone does not work !!

    In other words nothing about this company works !!
    Guess I have to send it back for a refund….

    Easy set up, easy instructions, works like a dream. If I loose my keys (& tile), I can find them with my phone. If I loose my phone, I can find it with my keys (& tile).
