Easy to use, but the cable is obscenely long. You’ll need special cable cljps if you have a leathery dash too. Otherwise it captures everything greatly.

I like the product. I just wish the tech would have taken 10-15 minutes to give me a overview on how it works. I have the pamphlet that came with it but I learn better hands on and it would have helped me understand the features the product provides.

The dash cam works good, but would have like it to be able to playback on device .Instead of putting the sim card in a computer to view.

I really enjoy having this in my car. It provides peace of mind. It was really easy to install along with the original OBDII port cord. I do think it could benefit from one more software update, especially eliminating the welcome messages at the beginning.
