Love this dishwasher. With the app installed, everything is at your fingertips. Remote start, alerts to the level of finishing product, schedule of use of the dishwasher. Easy start with a light that lets you know where you are in the cycle. Dishes sparkle every wash.

The drying feature of this dishwasher is horrendous. The dishes are still wet even with the advanced dry, I have to towel dry my dishes. What’s the point of a dishwasher then.
Also the entire house still has water on the stainless and it stays wet in the dishwasher for days after using it causing a musty rank smell in my brand new dishwasher. I am trying to return it now.

I’m basically happy. I really wanted the top-of-the-line model but Bestbuy didn’t carry it. I have to say the install crew was excellent. They were here for about minutes…it ran great and no leaks. As for the dishwasher itself, I don’t much care for the basket layout. And, in the morning following a wash, the inside of the washer is a bit damp…seems like the drying feature could be a bit better.

We purchased an entire kitchen made from Thermador at Best Buy and the entire process was a nightmare. They dont have a clue what they’re doing, from sales to delivery to installation. I’m telling you, DO NOT buy high end appliances from them, you’ll be sorry. Best Buy does a lot of things right, high end appliances is a business they should not be in. It’s been our worst purchasing experience EVER!!

This is a good dishwasher but be careful what you put in it. I replaced a 15 year old Viking and I only went Thermador due to them being owned by Bosch and their reputation for being reliable. I would probably just stuck with Viking if I could do it all over again.
My baking pans cannot go in.
Plastics never dry even with extra dry turned on.
Glass and stainless steel pans are great (probably why they have a glass only dishwasher!)
The third rack is helpful because I have a baby and i can put all the small stuff there.
Its super quiet!!! Huge plus as my walls are thin with an open floorplan I used to be able to hear my old dishwasher in my bedroom. Now i dont hear anything and I can set the dishwasher to run before bedtime.
The app is nice but its annoying that I have to push a button on the dishwasher in order to be able to start the cycle from my phone.
Thermador will try to upsell you other cycles for $2.99 but you dont need them.
This better last 15+ years or I’m going back to Viking.

The Thermador dishwasher has cleaned our dishes so well. When I first did a load I noticed all the condensation on the door and dishes. I called Thermador and they said to use the Finish Jet Dry Liquid. Once I used it, everything came out beautifully. When the cycle is complete, the chime will continue to ring in segments. I just open and close the door to end the chime and let the dishes to continue to dry. I love the stainless steel tub and the three sections to place dishes and silverware. This dishwasher can hold a lot of dishes. You can actually place a couple of sets of silverware in this dishwasher between the top pull out and a bottom silverware storage bin.

We love the indicator that lights up on the floor while in use so we can see it’s progress! This dishwasher really cleans the dishes; no need to do lots of pre-scrubbing before putting into it. Also, it cleans glasses so well and when drying it doesn’t leave spots on the glasses.
