    I returned this item. It did not live up to expectations. I believe this is just because I live in an area just outside the signal reach. I didn’t get anywhere close to the number of channels I thought I would. The channels I did get looked decent. I live approximately 24 miles from a major city center. I had about a fourth of the channels I thought I would get.

    This indoor antenna is replacing my exterior antenna due to the changes in the way signals are now broadcast. With the 65 mile range I have no shortage of channels in my area. I now receive over 70. The only thing I need to do is aim it, using the app to find the location of transmission towers I have found the sweet spot for the 3 towers in my area and need only move it occasionally. This ensures capturing the best signal and locking in the channels.
    I will at some time in the future make a remote control platform so I can do these adjustments from the comfort of my couch or favorite chair. But I haven’t had to move it in a few weeks, as I mentioned earlier I believe I found the best position to pick up all the towers in my area.
    The antenna fits nicely behind our TV so it isn’t noticable,but it looks similar to a speaker so it doesn’t look out of place no matter where it is located!
    It’s a great value, I only wish I got it earlier!

    Public TV gets very but reception in my area (Clarkston, MI)
    I had to put it high up in a window next the LG Smart TV and point it in a specific direction to get 2 of three stars.
    I now get FOX, CBS, NBC, and ABC with several points for each station. Very satisfied.

    Wasn’t sure this would work but was able to find nbc abc cbs and fox in New Orleans. I did have to try a few different locations in the house but persistence paid off

    These are a very good indoor TV antenna option. The built-in signal meter makes it great when you’re first placing it in the room. If you are close and have a good unobstructed signal from towers it’ll pull them in.

    Product is excellent. I was without cable for a period of time and i was able to continue watching television without cable. I was also introduced to new channels I was unaware of! This is a great option and very affordable. I’ll never miss television again.

    Easy to fit and activate but can’t get it to show 3 lights for reception. Amplifier needs to be stronger

    I recently decided to cancel my streaming live TV service and go with the Tablo 4th generation device. I live in a suburb of Indianapolis so local reception was not a problem. But the broadcast antenna are in just enough different locations that I needed either an external antenna or a multi-directional indoor one. I live in a condo so the indoor option was a must. The TERK specifications seemed to be just what I was looking for – and it was! No constant tweaking of the direction is required. The built-in signal strength meter worked perfectly.

    I live in Downtown St Paul and I can get all of the local network channels through this antenna in an uncompressed signal. It gives me a better picture than my Fubo live for the football games and it sits behind my TV where you really can’t even see it

    Works great never any problems with reception…you don’t even know it is there as it sits behind the T.V.
    I get 55 channels..clear no fuzzy or breaking up. Don’t have to constantly rescan. It fact I haven’t since I bought. Worth the extra money !

    Best Buy is 4-days PAST their promised delivery of my order. That’s even though I was required to pay for it when I placed my order.

    I still haven’t received a revised delivery date.

    This experience ruined the prospects of my ordering home delivery from Best Buy in the future.

    Best Buy’s home delivery “service” is TERRIBLE. I’ll NEVER use Best Buy home delivery.

    Shop elsewhere and get better service for home delivery items.

    Best Buy’s delivery affiliate (“Shipt”) should be fired.

    They’re inept. They don’t even recognize their own Tracking number that Best Buy provided me.

    Shipt still hasn’t picked-up my item from the store to be delivered to me. Worse, they provide zero delivery details.

    And Best Buy’s Customer Care agent was useless. They offered ZERO resolution(s).

    They won’t even Cancel my order, even though I repeatedly asked them to do so.

    Even Best Buy’s Customer Care Supervisor was clueless as to how to do so.

    Best Buy should record/monitor its Customer Care calls (for Training Purposes). Maybe that’ll improve their Customer Care agent’s skills?

    Product seems nice but didn’t work for us. The location where we needed to place. The antenna is not near a window so coverage was poor couldn’t get the channels that we wanted
