Really love it, and its look. Do not love the bottom half only bc you cannot connect your dongle on my model without removing it

This product looks very clean and professional. It took me a few minutes to figure out how to get it on, but once it snapped into place it fit perfectly. I have not dropped my laptop yet so I do not know how drop proof it is, but it feels very sturdy.
The only issue I have with the case is that one of the mac-ports are covered, not allowing you to use two ports at once.
Otherwise, amazing product.

The bottom part of the case fit in as soon as it touched the bottom half of the Mac. Top was a bit more difficult seeming like it wasn’t going to fit, I opened the Mac where the screen was visible and did the left and top but the right seemed a bit too short. Once I closed my Mac and did it from an aerial view of the top half of the Mac, it snapped in place. Be careful to not apply too much pressure as that will, of course, cause pressure damage and these screens are slim. Overall it looks great and although I haven’t tested it’s protection, it’s great looking.
It also does come with instructions for further assistance but that was my tip.
Trust me, you’ll have a hard time with finding a M1 Mac case(s) on Amazon as it’s very risky that it won’t fit your 2020 Mac and you’ll have to return it, I assure you that, with buying this case for your 2020 Mac, it’ll make your risk go down to 0, thank you!

The case was hard to put completely on, but there was success after several attempts. After four months of use, the bottom now has a long crack and one of the back corner pieces is bent. Took me a while to find who to contact inregards to the warranty. When I finally did contact the correct company, they tell me they will send me a new case completely free, ONLY if I leave a five star review on Best Buy’s website. They are not willing to budge on the warranty of the case unless I leave a five star review first. Not very good company practices with enticing a good review on a clearly faulty product. Told me I am free to refuse or accept their proposal. No where does it state I must leave a positive review to fulfill a warranty for a product that cracked.
