Chad –
The Tamron 24-70 g2 is definitely a lens you should get for any full frame camera. You wont regret it!

This lens is much better than the canon version in my opinion. The IS is a must at the long end of the focal length and why canon and Nikon and all major brands didn’t put it in this lens is beyond me. But the lens is extremely sharp, the color is incredible and the bokeh is nice and creamy. The AF is very fast and very quiet. The IS is also extremely quiet. I guess I could say my only complaint is I wish that Tamron would make the switches for af and is flush to the camera like canon becuase they are very easy to accidentally switch off. Either way though for 1200 bucks this lens can not be beaten. I also shoot with the 70-200 g2 and it’s just as incredible.

This lens is absolutely amazing. The picture quality is so realistic and it’s a perfect use for outside daylightx

Was debating between this and the Canon 24-70mm f/2.8 II USM lens, ultimately decided on going with the Tamron because of the “vibration control” feature. Image quality does not seem like it’s been sacrificed so I’m satisfied.

My Tamron 24-70 DIVC lens works well but it is rather bulky. I like it better than the Canon lens I had.
Love –
Got it so fast and was very happy! Will always come here first.

I love the way the lens feels. It is very well built. I can tell it has a high quality workmanship.

Affordable 24-70 comparable to canon easily, especially for saving nearly $600. Also has great IS, good for video. very sharp.

I recently bought this lens from Bestbuy online. This is actually a good lens, but the model I purchased, the Tamron 24-70mm G2 EF Mount has what appears to be lint or scratch on the inside on the rear lens. It is definitely on the inside of the rear lens (part that mounts to the camera) and cannot be removed unless disassembled. I am totally dissatisfied with this simple quality defect!
NiceCase –
The image quality is great. For the money it’s difficult to beat this lens.

I had a Canon 24-70mm 2.8 lens that had a cable break after many years. The lens was otherwise great. I purchased this although I was a bit skeptical about a non-Canon lens. It seems every bit as good as the Canon lens at a much better price. Very responsive for auto focus.
Larry –
This lens is a worthwhile purchase. It meets all expectations.
Shortee –
This lens is awesome and delivers EXCELLENT pictures. I would recommend it to everyone.
FeFe –
Use this for professional work. $400 less then canon equivalent and probably 95% of the quality (even better in some respects)
Evan –
Lens is amazing and I think it’s sharper than the cannon ef version
Britt –
Great lens! Stays on my camera so much because I absolutely love it!
Phil –
Great buy compared to spending $1599 plus tax on Canon’s 24-70mm lens. Get the same great quality, but at a cheaper price. A very versatile lens.
Paulo –
Great lens. It’s cheaper than the canon 24-70 and this one has image stabilization
wicho –

I’ve been wanting this lens for awhile now and it finally went on sale. Great lens and took very little adjustment with the Tap-in. Highly recommend it.

Good quality!
Can get excellent results with this lens and save some money, compared with others.
bigdaddy –
so far this has been a great lense for me, does everything and shoots clear crisp shots

I love this lens so much! I love the size of it, it’s definitely a little on the heavier side but I don’t mind it
Maria –
I sold my Canon L series version of this lens just to be able to get this Tamron one and it’s been wonderful so far. Tack sharp, fast… I wouldn’t say lightweight but it was everything I was looking for at a much lower price than the Canon brand.
Mario64 –
24-70 2.8 for $1200 bucks is a great deal a bit heavy but lens is very good for what you get
lawdog –
Probably not as compatible as canon, but overall pro standard.
Sgilcreast –
Holy mother of pearl!!! This lens is a game changer!! If your looking for a crisp lens with a large aperture for inside or low light situations, or for outdoor landscape or family photography.. look no further! This baby is considerably less than the canon equivalent and has a nifty feature called image stabilization that it’s more expensive counterpart seems to have forgot about. Built sturdy and true this lens will blow you away in almost any application.
VarietyFootage –
This lense is great as a multi purpose lense! I have this, the 50mm and 70-200 in my kit!
Mamaw5 –
Very satisfied with this wide angle lenses! I am an amateur but this came very highly recommended and I still have to learn but it is a very nice lense.
Nick –
High Quality I prefer this over the Canon oem version
zelaznogodla –
I love this lens! I’m able to take photos in pretty tight spaces with no problem. I was used to using 70-200mm for most portraits but I needed a lot of space to be able to focus and take full-body images. I love the compression of the 70-200mm but this lens allows me to get in closer and get “in the moment” shots. I also like being able to take everyday images with my dedicated camera.
Shamwow –
Came sounding like a rattle, I just returned to the Us and am now outside the return window. Bought a $1300 matraca that won’t take photos.
ErinO –
I love ordering from Best Buy. It is super easy and delivery is fast. I had my lens in a day and half.
SahonyR –
I’ve had this lens on my wishlist for over 3 years. I used it the other day for the first time and IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY

I’ve been using the Tamron 24-70mm lens, and it’s truly impressive. This lens has become an essential part of my photography gear. Its versatility, sharpness, and image quality are outstanding. Whether I’m capturing landscapes, portraits, or everyday scenes, this lens delivers consistently stunning results. The build quality is robust, and it feels reliable in my hands. It’s an excellent investment for both amateurs and professionals looking for a high-quality, all-purpose lens. I highly recommend the Tamron 24-70mm for anyone seeking exceptional performance in a versatile package.
