    So far it’s doing a fine job of holding my laptop and other things I drag back and forth to work. Nothing has fallen out yet and zippers and strap are still fully functional after two weeks.

    Nice sized laptop bag. A little pricey but still a fair value. It’s hard to wear these out. My last one finally wore out after almost 15 years of daily use. The internal pockets are roomy enough, but the front small pocket zippers open a little too easily. I also miss the file dividers in the center pocket. It has a separate smaller pocket for a tablet or other device you may want to keep separate. I use it for my travel documents. Overall a great bag,

    I ordered a new Acer Chromebook this year to replace my trusty old Toshiba 2 for working from home (specifically, so I could work from the bedroom with my dog in my lap. He’s the nervous type) and, in advance of my first big trip in 2021, realized that my old Chromebook sleeve was not going to do it. So I headed over to Best Buy to peruse laptop carrying cases.

    I had a Wenger backpack so I thought I’d grab this Wenger soft briefcase-style case and WOW. It’s perfect. Not only as a protective Chromebook case, either. On the trip I was easily able to fit different charging cables, styluses, my Kindle, and my 2DSXL (perfect for long trips, battery lasts forever) and all of it well-protected.

    Great build quality and smart configuration of pockets and pouches make this one a winner in my book.

Remember those 5 green circles “w/ a recommended” rating from the magazine they mailed to you? YEP, the “old school TLDR” method to know the best item before we had internet reviews? YEP, this case would likely be the first item w/ 5 green “outstanding” circles for every factor reviewed. If you need a 16″ laptop case, this one has my “boomer” seal of approval.

    This is a very nice, sturdy, compact computer bag with plenty of storage space. There are lots of pockets in the front of the case for sorting thin items like phone, notebooks, business cards, packaged tissue, gum, etc. There’s even a “secret” pocket for a small tablet. The shoulder strap is constructed well — my only concern is that the strap is connected to the case via two canvas loops. I would have liked the loops to be constructed of metal and attached to the case a little more strongly — my shoulder straps always seem to break in a short time after purchasing.

    Wenger makes awesome products and this is no exception. Very stylish and lot’s of pockets for all your stuff. I didn’t care for the handle, so I took it back, but it really was a nice case.
