I tried the Memorex version CD Player and just wasn’t happy with the sound quality. Tinny and not enough oomph. Then I found this beauty and saw what I was missing. More features, much better sound quality and snazzier looks. Sure it may be three times the price of the Memorex, but it’s three times the quality. Very happy with this choice!

If U don’t have a car cd player it works great. U may have to change the Channel sometimes if U go out of Ur normal range that is works great

don’t buy…talk about non-stable…you touch it while a cd is trying to play and it says open and start again…not 2 secs of music did i hear before none…anyway…i’m bad @ returning things so i tossed it…and i was ashamed i payed 100 dollars for something so worthless…portable cd player needs to not stop with movement…

I cannot get it to work. Off button does not work either. Will have to take it back. Ugh!

It works perfectly with my radio in my motorhome on an E450 Chassis. The motorhome didn’t come with a cd player and since the radio system incorporates the factory installed rear monitoring system, I didn’t want to replace it. This portable CD Player broadcasts over the airways on an FM Channel and my RV Radio picks it up. Makes travelling long distances much more enjoyable. It was easy to set up and because it can broadcast on multiple channels, it is easy to avoid a conflict with a strong local channel.

It works mostly well, most of the time. Occasionally a weird aural glitch occurs. Other than that it has a bunch of neat features. I do think it should be a little cheaper.

Wanted it to use in my new car because it did not come with a CD player. East to use with the usb cable and play it through the radio. Great sound.
Excellent –
Inexpensive. Arrived in several days. Very easy to set up CD sound through the car radio. Excellent sound quality. There is a fixture that can be attached to the back ( see picture) so that the unit can be mounted on the dash, but unfortunately my Kia Soul doesn’t have an appropriate place. Nonetheless, it’s very welcome to be able to play CDs again!

employee who sold me this was extremely helpful. notably because employees in that department were not. denied even offering such a thing, product was absolutely what I needed.
Sound –
I actually like the product, easy to use, and I like the sound.

I got this as a christmas gift to play CDs in my car. Very disappointed in this product. Anytime I used it, the player would stop reading CDs after I went past track 8. When I would play a track towards the end of an album the player would just keep reading and reading, and then evetually start playing the very first track. It did this to multiple albums and not to mention the severe lack of sound quality thats lost when using it to stream to an open radio station.

Very good product. Works well in the car when properly connected.

clydegray2 –
Good Initial Idea/Design.
Poor FM transmission.
Poor Switch action/response.
No CD Track retention.
TYPACKMAN –
Only reason not a 5 is when you turn off then turn on it starts over on track 1.

As a walkman-style cd player, it is fine. However, I bought it to play in the 2018 Toyota Camry (which has no cassette player). I was assured it could be plugged ito one of the Toyota’s jacks. I have been unable to get it to play. Not your fault, I’m sure, but the packaging should advertise the possibility that it can be used to play cds through the car.

This thing does what it says it does. The construction is sturdy and a quick/easy solution to play cds in a newer car!
Cece –
Works really well with my cds. This item was not a disappointment.
loomguy –
Bought a 2023 Camry and discovered it did not have a CD player. This CD player worked great. It plays thru our stereo. It is small and doesn’t take up much room when you mount it on the vent.

I bought this to use in my truck since GM doesn’t put CD players in their vehicles anymore. It works great, no issues with it so far.
Diane –
I’m using it in my car since my new car did not come with a CD player. I love it!!
BrianR –
this player is just right it works very well but a little static
Nick –
Excellent CD player – Love the FM Transmission Choice
WilliamB –
It plays perfectly. doesn’t skip. great sound. I just love it. I carry it everywhere I go.
PJP69 –
It works well, fits where it needs to fit, and it was a good price.

We purchased this CD player for use in a rental car on an extended road trip. Unfortunately, this CD player does not deliver consistent sound quality; but more importantly, it does not reliably play a CD from start to finish without unexplained stops.
Okay –
I bought a new 2023 car, it/they have NO CD player. After 4 different units, this one will play though my FM car radio, NO Bluetooth or information but plays.
alicef –
I love this item so much. It hooks in to my car radio and i can listen to my cds again its amazing. You just put the radio on 88.1 and it plays through your car speakers with crystal clear sound .
JudyR –
It’s a little difficult to figure out even trying to use manual.
ScottS –
Does exactly what it’s supposed to do. You can hear the spin of the disk through your speakers. But that was normal even back in the 2005 time frame.
Bb56 –
A great way to listen to my davorite cd in my mustang for a good price. Great slund
Dougster –
Very good at what it does but the price is 🙁 ….
grandsonspresent –
Not the cheapest choice, but the certain one. Sound quality is CD-correct, controls easy to use, connectivity is easy as well All that’s missing is a 6-disc cartridge!
Mounting is an issue since it is Walkman large/ Any place you put it with easy access blocks something important, so it sits in the front part of center console where I can’t see/operate it, but I put in a disc, play it, and pull over to replace it. not convenient, but the only way I know.
Papaw –
Good to use for a small portable CD player. Light weight easy to carry anywhere and easy to use.
Dave –
Great, inexpensive alternative because new cars don’t come standard with CD players anymore. Occasionally channel 88.1 picks up interference, but am overall happy with the purchase.
DeborahG –
This product doesn’t work well at all. It’s supposed to work on a particular radio frequency. But it rarely connects and plays.
