    The fact that you can replace the thumbsticks is fantastic, especially since stick drift seems to be an issue on these newer PlayStation controllers.

    This is the best upgrade that you could have on a controller now I don’t have to babysit my controller because if I have a stick drift at the end of the day I just buy this $20 attachment which I already have put it in my controller and I’m good to go, good job Sony.

    I bought an extra one of these for my Edge controller just in case I need to change one of my stick modules I already have one on hand. I did swap them out to test it and it was very simple and worked perfectly. I really hope this gets to be standardized practice in the premium controller market!

    4 stars cause I haven’t used it yet. Bought it as a spare. But such a great idea to make these replaceable. I’m on my 3rd dual sense since the PS5 dropped. That’s absurd

    They still have the same issue with regular controller stick drift I hope they update this with a more reliable version

    I’ve had to replace my controller due to the stick module “sticking” I purchased this to avoid having to replace the whole controller. I think this a good value and applaud Sony for developing this concept. The controller should last for years to come. Quality rating is a 4 because they are made as they go out depending on how you play.

    Stick drift is inevitable with analog controllers. I’ve only seen 1 other brand create a controller with replaceable sticks for the PS5 DualSense, & that controller costs more than $200. I’ve been using the Edge since launch in 2023 and have only had to replace 1 stick as of Nov 2023, and didn’t have to replace until August. These sticks are lasting longer than the sticks for the Astro C40 PS4 controller, which lasted only 3-4 months, for the same price point.

    This review is for the module itself- i was a little surprised my controller needed a swap out so soon, but i was happy that Sony included a way to swap these out. It was easy and cheap- much better than having to replace the controller.

    The best thing PS did for the Dual Sense Edge controller!! At times the analog sticks have drift & now you no longer need to replace a controller! Just change the module! I play a lot of COD & other 1 player games that cause drift after consistent gameplay and replacing the analog stick is really the best!

    Customization is incredible in this controller. You can ajust in different profiles for different button layouts and create shortcuts for each profile. And that fact that you can now replace one joystick at a time is awesome.

    Smart buy for The Edge owners, like the title says. Sony makes these, and they no longer have any in stock, so it’s a smart buy if you’re an Edge owner. Best Buy is a trusted source for sure!
