    Installed on 2011 Subaru Forester. Highly recommend buying the premade harness adapter – it’s just about plug and play with that. Make sure to read the instructions on what cables go where, woulda saved me a good amount of headache if i read that closer.

    Snappy response on the screen, great audio adjustment presets.

    Got a great deal on this. Had it installed by Best Buy into my older model Expedition. Works great – however, every once in a while it doesn’t load carplay. It might be user error? Besides that, it works great. Nice to have the touch screen.

    So far so good. Excellent for navigation and radio channels. Just keep in mind that the bluetooth connection is wired. I did not hear about such wired bluetooth connection before this. Also you won’t able to see the any youtube video on this screen. It will just for audio purposes. Hope this will is helpful for new customers!

    Pretty good unit for the price range. WebLink mirroring doesn’t work with Apple. Also the AV input accepts video but says it wont display in motion…even when sitting still.

    The manager of the store sold me the wrong wire harness for the install of this stereo. I tried for three weeks to install it myself. I eventually paid $200 to have professionals due the install. I live in Eagle River so could not take advantage of the free install.

    This is a nice entry level unit. Simple menu and touch is responsive. What I find wrong with it, is that it’s somewhat dim even at its brightest. I don’t like the lack of settings.

    It sounds amazing, the only thing is that when using android auto, the unit does not have enough power to sustain charging your phone and keeping android auto running with out problems. And it will “crash” if your device is being charged (below 100% battery level), my recomendation is to charge your phone to 99% or to 100% if possible before going on a trip, as when it does not need to charge your device android auto will function smoothly and the unit will stay stable and does not “crash”.

    You could also try a wireless android auto adapter as a work around (I have not tested this).

    Used this to replace my stock OEM Jeep Wrangler radio. Very easy to use and works great. I do wish the screen would have more customized options on the display color and icons. Also do enjoy being able to use my Google maps on this device. Overall though definitely worth purchasing.

    The young man that installed the Radio was AMAZING. He payed close attention to details and truly gave me the greatest experience when I got my radio installed. So much so that I got another one for him to install in my wife’s car. He gave me the greatest experience ever, and if I even need to get a radio install in my cars in the future you can rest assure that I will be going straight to Best Buy!

    I needed to upgrade my car stereo the tech (Liam) helped me select one. It was ordered and they held it for an appointment we set to do the installation. That only took a couple of hours to complete. Liam fully explained the operation.

    I know all new cars have these, but I’ve never had one of these. I love this thing it’s way more powerful than the original one that came in my 06 expedition. Whoud highly recommend!!!

    This screen is great! Best CarPlay/android auto screen I’ve had. Puts out decent power to my upgraded door speakers and has phone mirroring capabilities so you can watch what ever you want in your car!

    Sony never disappoints with their quality, great touch response, and BestBuy did a great job with their service. Lost one star only because the wired Android Auto/Apple CarPlay wasn’t working properly, but I fixed it myself later.

    Works well but requires a USB plug for full capability. Not really sure what the bluetooth connection offers, but no map guidance or music streaming without the USB connection.

    Enough power to sound great. Nice display. Car play works well. Cheapest I could find with car play. Hooked up a back up cam to it and it works great. The geek squad did a fantastic install for me

    Lacks some features other stereos have like wireless connectivity but you cant beat the sound with the dso option and ability to aue android auto/apple car play
