I had been shopping for a black component stand for a long time. Took a gamble on this, and it paid off. VERY heavy, shipped UPS Freight (over 75 pounds). Tinted double glass doors reduces glare from indicator lights on the front of my equipment. It has 3 adjustable shelves (in addition to the bottom), I wish it had more though as there is alot of empty space in there. If you prefer, you do not have to attach the chrome feet and it is about 4″ shorter. There are 3 holes in the back cardboard panel for ventilation and wire entry & exit, but also be mindful that electronics generate lots of heat and you may need/want to modify the back to allow more ventilation.

For $200, you would expect something that doesn’t sway back on forth. Not so with this component stand. The shelves secure in place via pegs, and if you’re not careful they can come crashing down when trying to move components like an A/V receiver around.
if you have anything more high end than your basic cable box and Wii, look elsewhere

This unit can be put together made as solidly as you want.
I ran lag screws up from the bottom, screwed the shelves in, screwed on a one piece back of 1/4″ masonite, and mounted it on casters.

I wanted to use this without the back cardboard panels to allow for more breathability, but it is way to flimsy without them. It would definitely fall over without them. It is fairly sturdy with them, though. I don’t like the shelving system. The braces that hold them up, don’t hold them in place. They just rest on them. So with the glossy finish, they slide easily. When trying to move my receiver, the shelves slide and collapse downward. You have to be very careful with that. All in all, it does its job.

Item was damaged with cracks on the exterior boards. Exchanged then 2nd time around even more cracks and holes. Horrible!

this cabinet is very flimsy with 1/16th inch backing holding it together, the pilasters holding the shelves are tiny plastic and cannot hold any weight / very poor merchandise / I have requested a refund from in home consultant, he has seen the cabinet and agrees

I got this after mounting my TV, which left me no where to place my Xbox, PS4, Switch and Cable box. This cabinet is amazing in taking care of that. My only complaint is that one of the doors didn’t sit right, which leaves a gap (but this works for the better, as it vents my PS4 better).

Holds all my av equipment. If you have a ps5 though, you will have to open it to let air in for cooling. Other than that I love the way this looks in my house with my setup. Works perfect for me.

It’s not what I wanted but it is a ok component stand. Just did not like the back flimsy card board backing. After all my components are in the stand it looks good. I would like if they would use wheels this would make it easy to move around. I had Best Buy Geek SQ to my install with all the cables the back is cover is coming off.

This rack was easy to put together and is a beautiful addition to my setup. Only issue is it is tall at close to 4 feet but looks great next to the tv.
