We had a great experience. Ryan did a great job and we would recommend him to anyone.
IRrepeater –
Had equipment in another room and this I/R repeater works very well. Connector had to go thru the wall and it is a decent diameter. Only downside really.

It was a waste of $100.00 plus. Same did not corrected the problem.

not only was the optilinq 4 repeater missing a part, i also missed the small window of time that is allowed for returns. so i have a useless piece of equipment that i can’t get replaced or refunded and I got NO HELP AT ALL from customer service. i don’t think i will be shopping here much anymore!! very disappointed

It was a little rough setting this system up. The stick-on IR transmitters that send the signal to your receiver kept falling off, and mine is located in a Harry Potter hole under the steps. A little bit of a pain to get it right, but once it stuck it works without a problem. One other note, i only use this for one component even though it looks as though it supports several (2? or 4?). Its all working great now though!

Product is good for new people. You do need help installing

Works exactly as intended. I bought this not knowing if I’d actually need it. When I finally finished setting up my system in the office right next to our living room, I realized that the position of the system in the office vs where I was sitting in the living room just didn’t allow for the infrared signals to make it to the receiver, blu-ray player, cable box and Xbox. Hooked up this IR kit…problem solved.

The or IR extender works very well. Took a little extra time in order to set it up so that it works properly

Device intermittently fails to turn on/off TV and Receiver. TV sometimes turns on again by itself.

I’m happy I chose to have Geek Squad install my TV and audio at my new residence. Tony was outstanding and pleasant to work with. He listened to my goals and then worked quietly to achieve them.

Much needed part of my job. Glad my consultant made it happen

It did not provide me the service of connecting different theatre component remote accesses into a single access location as I was informed it would.

The IR repeater works great . I have a receiver in my garage and use the repeater to control the receiver from my fire pit that’s outside of the garage. I just point the receivers remote toward the window that I attached the repeater to and it works great . The blue blinking light on the device confirms that the remote is reaching the device.
