  1. Petter

We are using this product for first time and it’s really good to have and matching speakers to keep voice in the room not going to attic.

  2. messma02

These fit like a glove on the MAG8R. Nice and compact enclosure.

  3. Speakers

Perfect for ceiling mounted speakers. Protects backside of speakers from insulation in attic.

  4. Jdiaz

As described. Very easy to install. Fit and works perfectly.

  5. Tinkernut

These are over priced in my opinion for the 8” I was kind of forced on getting these as I needed to keep these speakers away from the attic elements. Quality, ok I guess, just don’t over tighten the screws. Sound, anything better then not having an enclosure. I recommend a custom/different enclosure if you can tolerate being in the attic. Overall these do the job but I know you can get better sound with a better enclosure. Overall still a s good sound experience.

  6. Happy

Very sturdy and well made. Greatly improved the sound of my Sonance speakers that I installed in an open basement ceiling. Well with the money!

  7. Overpar

The 8” Sonance speakers fit in these enclosures quite well. They were recommended by my installer so the sound wouldn’t disperse within the ceiling. Good mounting system.

  8. 4KLover

Love this cover, fits perfectly over the speaker.

  9. DrsR

Sound radiating to the upstair wood floor is much less and I can turn up the volume to enjoy watching my action movies. Is it perfect? Not. But well worth it.

  10. JayWar

Must haves to complete the speakers that were installed.

  11. Projector

Sounds better with out , 2 star because will keep the speakers dust free

  12. OscarP

I feel this definitely increases overall sound output of speaker. We can use the speakers a lower volume. Major negative is bass response , it totally eliminated the bass out of MAG8Rs. 2 Star rating for now.. only have listen several times and really haven’t found a way to lower highs and increase low band In my set up. Keep in mind this increases the depth of speaker by about 2” so if you are tight in space this will not work! The purpose of these was to lower sound in my daughters room, which is above the kitchen. The ceiling have 2 MAG8Rs and in end… might have helped some but not totally happy with performance

  13. Unknown

Great back covers for the sonos in ceiling speakers. Keeps them clean and helps isolate the sound to other rooms that share the attic space.

  14. Erkie

These work for the purpose as intended they fit great I do feel they’re a little steep in price

  15. Duke

You won’t regret purchasing and installing this along with your in ceiling speakers. Helps diminish amount of sound bleeding into the attic space. More is directed now into my listening position.
