    I like the convenience having carbonated water at home at any time. I also like that I can exchange the carbonator quickly, in minutes. But I am disappointed. My water is never fizzy enough. Based on description of the product it should have enough CO2 for 60 liters. It lasted maybe 30-35.

    I owned 3 of the old screw-in Sodastream machines (blue cylinders) before going to quick-install/quick-load (pink cylinders). Haven’t looked back – the price for the cylinders is the same, and the quick version cuts way back on the aggravation. A 90L cylinder lasts me about a month, and I fizz 1 to 2 liters of water per day. Exchange is the way to go, and Best Buy is convenient and staff is helpful.

    Easy exchange at my local Best Buy store. Bring in the used one and buy a new one for around $16/$17. Better than having SodaStream ship it to you as they will add $8 shipping.

    I love my Soda Stream & the new quik connects are fantastic. I don’t like that the price has doubled for the cartridges over that past year. I wish there was a way to save a little more. Overall though, the products pretty straight forward and works well

    The only reason for the low rating is the sales person gave me the incorrect canister. i needed the blue canister with threads on the top to connect properly. After a bit of a discussion the sales person allowed me to exchange for the correct one. Better training is needed to be sure people get what they came in for.

    I love my SodaStream I only wish that it would be easier to obtain refills and for them to not be as pricy. I gave the rating of 4 stars because the trouble I have been having with the quick connect carbonators is find a store who has stock. I think that it is great that we can refill these carbonators and pay a more reasonable price for them. But I have gone to several stores and sometimes not able to find a refill. I use my SodaStream every day and it is important to be able to have a refill source or option handy.
