    The team came and installed the dryer but dryer was not working properly. One day when we checked at back of machine the pipe was all smashed. Really disappointed by this time.

    I enjoy the way the man brought my dryer and hooked it up and took the old one and made sure the new one got hot and waited to make sure it got hot. He was very pleasant and very nice. I enjoy my delivery.

    Worst experience with the delivery guys. This vent hose did not work with my layout. The guy hooked it up and left my dryer sitting in the middle of the floor. He said I had to get the correct one and connect it. I asked him why he couldn’t cut the one he brought and his reply was insulting. “We’re finished. You need to go buy the hose and put it on yourself.” Poor customer service.

    The product was supposed to come with two elbows, although that’s not depicted in the listing. We got home and found only one in the box. Back at the store, the employees found boxes with no elbows and one elbow, but none with two elbows. Without those, it didn’t fill or need so we ended up returning.

    I did not know the difference from the dryer vent that was removed and the one that was purchased. So, thinking that putting the NEW semi rigid dryer vent would be the best since it did not have any vent…. this placed the dryer 3-4 inches away from the wall ….this was after the mis communication about the pedestal.

    The truth is, my dissatisfaction with Best Buy’s technical service is at the lowest level, in my personal experience. The technicians did the installation in July 2023, today we are January 24, 2024, my rooms began to fill with lint, the unit of my air conditioning is in the same room, which is why it was working poorly since it was absorbing all the lint that was coming out of the dryer because the technicians did not use the correct connections. This was loose from the ventilation duct all this time, obviously I couldn’t notice it because the connection was behind the dryer. I contacted best buy and yes, they said that 6 months had passed and that they had nothing to do with it and that they couldn’t help me at all. I cut my hand with the aluminum hose since the technicians cut it into 4 parts so that it would hold provisionally. . I hope this can help future clients so that they do not trust vest buy’s shoddy technical service.
