    CSA helped me order the correct product for my washer and dryer. It was the correct item however, I thought the cords were to long. But it was very easy to assemble

    The delivery guys forgot to leave this part,,,so i was forced to purchase another one,,,still waiting for a refund,,,,getting the runaround,,,I thought free delivery meant free,,,,apparently you are supposed to tip delivery guys,,maybe my fault for not reminding about the hoses

    Bought a washer from Bestbuy. With it they recommended a stainless steel hose kit. Well, less than 3 months I found that both cold and hot hoses are leaking from the joint between the valve connector and the braided portion. I had to buy replacement hoses from Lowe’s. Called bestbuy customer service and gave them the item number on the receipt. They said it’s past 30 days and they can’t return. They also said the kit is a Smart Choice brand and gave me a phone number, which turned out to be the number for Choice Home Warranty. I then did some research and found the contact information on the box. The contacts took me to Frigidaire. Chatting with their customer support resulted nothing; they don’t know anything about the brand and can’t support it. So I’m stuck with defective parts and no way to claim warranty!!!

    If you ever have a rubber water supply line burst (Murphy says you would be out of town). Well then you would appreciate the logic of using high pressure metal supply lines like these. It is cheep insurance. If you have never had that experience, well, just trust me that floods in your house really suck.

    My LG washer was installed in December and so far has been just fine. I like the brand but was hesitant buying another d/t the original lasting only 6 years. However, I am a fan of the mechanism, no agitator, clothes get clean with minimal soap and are spun dry properly.
