    This is a great addition to my laptop. I can look at documents on one screen and type on the other or what a video and type at the same time. The only thing is that the side track only works on the right side. They provided instructions to how to flip the screen is the display settings so I can use the screen on the left side of my laptop, but it doesn’t work. So if you have your work area set up make space for the right side of the monitor not the left.

    It’s was easy to attach to my laptop. The quality looks better than my laptop screen. It does exactly what I expected it to do. I use this monitor more than my regular monitor. It’s light weight and easy to store away. I can take my duel screen anywhere with or without my laptop. 5 stars all the way.

    It worked pretty well at first, though sometimes the screen slanted down a bit. However, after a month, the screen turned into a TV with Rabbit ear antennas that weren’t in the exact position. Luckily they sent me a new one. However, when I got out the “new” one, the packaging was slighly damaged and the actual screen resolution was WORSE, like a cracked screen. I’m just going to return it completely.

    I absolutely can work more effectively with this device. I am able to work on multiple documents at a time. It is extremely easy to place on the computer and assemble. It is easy to close down. I am able to print from this part of the computer as well.

    Really hard to set up, it’s a good idea but it just didn’t work for me, also it seems very flimsy for the price but I’m sure it’s ok for other people.

    Having two screens help increase productivity, especially when you need to refer to an email while working on a document at the same time. You can use two full screens instead of using a split screen.

    Purchased this before the holidays as a gift. Screen never turned on and went through every single recommended troubleshoot and FAQ available, still couldn’t get it to work. Left several voicemails with support at SideTrak and never received a call back. Returning to Best Buy so I can get a refund.

    Caused my Lenovo to crash. Please beware of this purchase on certain computer models. The magnets used to attach the slide can react poorly with the operating system. I’m certain I would have loved this had it not temporarily broke my computer. PS, customer service is brutal. Don’t expect a quick response.

    Less than 6 months old, always disconnects, unable to bump the desk its on or even type too fast, let alone use as a ‘lap’top computer as the slightest movement will disconnect the monitor.

    The concept of an additional laptop screen and the actuality of this item didn’t match up.

    The track was very loose and kept bouncing my laptop back and forth. It wouldn’t stay connected to my laptop and constantly turned off. I think mine might have had a storage some where.

    In less than two weeks I returned it for a standard desktop monitor. Sorry but they need to work on this for a few more years before it’s sold.

    Definitely overpriced

    I like the concept of having the second monitor. It definitely made work easier with being able to work with multiple documents. Like another customer said, the connectivity was horrible. I soon realized I had a shortage in the cord. It was brand new and the cord didn’t work. I ended up purchasing a thunderbolt chord and it finally worked. At this price point, I shouldn’t have had to buy a cord for a new monitor. It is a little loose on the track, so it doesn’t stay in place like it should. Overall, it does what I need, but at this price, I am not completely satisfied with the product.

    The screen/picture was excellent.
    The only down fall is it is a little heavy to have on the back of the monitor. If you are going to have it setting on the desk and not your lap it doesn’t matter.

    The travel and portability is exactly what I needed to duplicate my screens. The resolution and easy plug and play use is great, only caveat… durability is going to be a question. I have only had a month and had to replace the connection cable.
