    Easy to use much more effective at administering heat to the neck and shoulders where as a heating pad is only good for like the back and can’t at all really help the neck

    All I can say is if you have neck and shoulder issues this is the product for you. It is wonderful and I use it both Hot and Cold. The lavender scent is nice and subtle and not overwhelming as I have found some to be. It is also very comfortable and the section that lays on the upper neck is magic.

    I hold stress in my shoulders and having that weight to make them less tense is wonderful. Was hoping it would be something that heats up on it’s own and makes me nervous having to heat it up in the microwave.

    The aroma of the lavender is very much needed when dealing with pain or even if you’re going through anxiety! I’ve had it for a month now and while I can say ive been really impressed there’s just a thing or two this misses the mark on. For one if you’re broad shouldered and have a muscular back this may just barely sit snug on you, rather it’ll fall off if you shifted your body ever so slightly. If they could just add a hook and tie system in the front, I would give it 5/5. Heating the beads are as easy as it gets in a modern microwave, freezing it is nice too but the effect doesn’t last as long as it being heated.

    This is a must have for any person that works out or simply has aches and pains. For far less than the cost of PT or even a chiropractor over time, this warm wrap helps work the kinks and knots out while you simply chill! Spend the money … it’s well worth it!

    I was truly excited about this device & enjoy sharper image products, however, this product burned and popped open in the microwave. Even when following the directions explicitly. Sorry, I would not recommend.

    This is the second one I’ve had to buy for my wife. The beads started coming out of the first one. Its a great product, just make sure tou jave coverage in case you need a replacement. First one lasted about a year and my wife used it almost every day.

    LOVE this heated wrap so much I just bought three more and was pleasantly surprised that the price has gone down perhaps for Black Friday. This is great for the neck and shoulders but the best part is the lavender scent. (And I usually hate lavender scents, but this wrap smells great!) It is so soothing and relaxing it makes me feel happy. It has truly improved my health because my muscles and mind relax (I use it to relieve tight TMJ muscles). LOVE it, LOVE it, LOVE this wrap!

    THE HEATED NECK WRAP IS COMFORTABLE BUT DOESNT RETAIN HEAT VERY LONG. THAT IS MY ONLY DISAPPOINTMENT.

    Put it in the microwave for the specified 2 minutes and it burned a hole in the cover. I’ve had many different wraps and BedBuddies and this has never happened before. Returning.

    Works good just place the pad in the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes. Stat hot for about 5 to 10 minutes. Great to use before neck exercise.
