Very sleek looking, perfect in size and power for my needs. Black stainless steal do NOT show finger prints at all. I was very skeptical of the non-white interior at first, quickly adjusted and now I love the grey color and will not want to go back to all white again. I just wish it had a “softening” option like my old one. Very happy with my purchase.

the box was torn to pieces but i still bought the microwave b/c buying a brand new one that size wasn’t in my budget so i took a chance & I love it. It works perfect. Each button actually cooks what its suppose to without burning my popcorn or the meat still being raw in the middle. And It re-heats perfectly.

Cooks just like it should. has plenty of features I like. Inside is big enough for a full sized dinner plate. clock is bright. Only thing that I don’t like is the feet are plastic and slide across my granite countertop like ice. It would of been nice for SHARP to add 4 small rubber feet with it. They are a requirement if you wanna open the door without it flying off the counter

Don’t waste your time. Broken out of the box, very cheaply made and much smaller than the 1.4 cu Ft claims on the interior. If your square bacon dish can’t rotate — the microwave is a bust.

Works well. Heats up fast. My only issue is it’s kind of loud but that’s not a deal breaker for me. When I first used it the first few use it would make a loud kinda humming noise for the first few seconds but I noticed that stopped after a while. I did see other reviews about that noise so I wasn’t really concerned. Also I love that it’s a dark gray inside. Idk why but it was a must have for me when I was looking for a new microwave to replace one I previously had in the same color (different brand). My previous one was the same wattage but it took longer to heat up. I guess it was going out & I hadn’t noticed. I’m sure it heated up just as fast when I first got it.

Very unhappy with this product. I paid $169.00 for this microwave and have had it for 10 months and it is already falling apart. The company won’t fix it because they said the part is not covered under warranty. The door handle is broken and now it looks terrible. Very disappointed!

Works as it should. Love the handle instead of having to press a button to open the door. Like that you can press the 1 and it automatically goes for a minute, without having to press start. Like the gray color of the inside also, it doesn’t show splatters as much.

The rating of 2 is based on a 4 for the product and a zero for Best Buy. Because the item was “Open Box – Excellent”, I expected a like new, undamaged item. Without any damage to the shipping box, the oven had a small dent in the top corner and the door was bent down, not level with the oven. I’m sure these flaws were known before Best Buy shipped the “like new” product. Very disappointing.
I replaced a 20-year old Sharp Carousel Microwave. It had all the features this new one has – except the color and opening mechanism. I’d still be using the old one if the latch button hadn’t just worn out. If I could get this new one to last even half as long as the old one, I’ll be satisfied.

An extremely disappointing purchase from both product and customer support (Sharp) perspectives. The microwave started exhibiting signs of rust within a few months of purchase. At first, we thought it was only on the front, but we later found much more on the inside top as well (see pictures), to the point where we figured it was not safe to use. Our claim with Sharp customer service required multiple calls, follow-ups, and a lot of our time. Despite initial assurances that they would replace the item, in the end they offered just a $20 discount on the same item, which did not seem fair, given the issue. We just wish they would have told us upfront and saved the hours we spent working with them. Between the poor product quality and really difficulty customer service experience, that was probably the last item we’ll purchase from Sharp.

I am pleased with this oven, it is easy to use and easy to clean. It runs quieter than my old one and the beeper turns off as soon as you open the door. It has a loud beep!The only problem I find with it, is the extra space it takes. My old microwave didn’t have anything sticking out on the back.
