    Great item with very good playback and works well during a bike ride, a jog, or a workout. Easy to upload the music from PC to player. Also, very easy to connect to Blu-tooth yet will only connect to one at a time, understandable yet did not know until trial and error if connected to one (phone) will not connect to earbuds until one is disconnected.

    Very disappointed in the volume. I owned 2 previous Samsung MP3 players but one of those 2 was damaged in a mowing accident so I bought this one to replace it. When mowing I can’t hear the music at all even with the volume at maximum. I am now using the very first one I purchased. I’m so disappointed.

    I have been downloading my music on this while not a large storage space good enough for what I’m doing. Works great for a Auxiliary device for my car stereo so no need for changing the CD’s.

    Bought this to work with itunes, and it does.

    Here’s the key: it does not sync with itunes. Instead you have to direct itunes to tell you where the music is stored on your local computer, then copy the music to the music folder on your San Disk device. Not the smoothest way to do it, but it’s not hard either.

    In windows, you have to open itunes, highlight the music you wish to copy, then click file, select ‘show in windows explorer’. You will see the m4a (also works with AAC files as well, if you have those) file in the music folder of itunes. After that, it’s a simple copy/paste onto the San Disk mp3 player.

    Sound isn’t bad either, with the right earbuds.

    We’re old school and super excited to purchase 2 of these MP3 players. We don’t like using our phones as music players with or without blue tooth while working out. These are better than the old “iPods” and we love them!

    This is a very good MP3 player. It’s easy to copy my music files from my computer to this unit. It’s also easy to set up custom playlists. I even put my audible Bible on it. I plug it into my bedroom speakers for music or scripture while I sleep. I also plug it into headphones or ear buds for portable listening. It recharges by usb.

    Returned it in 2 days. First of all the screen was scratched from shipping and poor packaging. I was will to accept it as it was but after using it for a while the bluetooth would cut out on occasion. Tried different earbuds and was little better but not acceptable. The volume buttons were very hard to press too. It sounded pretty good and loading music to it was really easy. If they would update the bluetooth and package the player better so it doesn’t get scratched up during shipping then I would say it’s worth it.
