    We have a tight laundry room and these pedestals have made the small space more organized and cleaner. As an added bonus, we love the easier access to washer and dryer due to the raised height.

    I’m a senior citizen so this makes it easier to load and unload the laundry. I think the drawer is way over priced.
    I bought two and it cost me $603.00 for two drawers

    Solid product. Only gripe is instructions tell you to slide the pedestal into place once secured to appliance. Even with the tape provided, it has rubber no-slip corners that won’t let it slide so we had to get creative to move it into position.

    This pedestal lifted my front load washer and dryer over a foot higher off of the ground which is great news for my back. Additionally I can fit at least 4 full size liquid laundry detergents in the storage drawer. It makes the FlexWash series top load washer and dryer ridiculously high off the ground, but for a front load only washer this product is a must have.

    These washer/dryer pedestals make a great upgrade to your laundry room. They provide valuable storage in those instances where there isn’t any additional cabinets in your laundry room. They also elevate the machines which makes the chore of loading/unloading so much easier. The color match was perfect and I am very pleased with the items.
    The only negative for us was with Best Buy. On arrival one of the pedestals was damaged and the replacement order took significantly longer to arrive. It made the installation far more complicated and just made the everything a lot more difficult and inconvenient.

    Ordered this one after I ordered one through Home Depot and it arrived all banged up. Thankfully Best Buy takes much better care of their merchandise! I’ll always shop here now instead of at HD 🙂

    These items are wonderful! We have a small laundry area. Raising the washer and dryer gave us e tea storage and raised the appliances to a comfortable working level. Do t know why we hadn’t purchased these sooner!!

    It’s a great height but seems to be poor quality because of how easily it dents. After the delivery went in the kitchen and noticed the dent but decided to keep it because I’m losing more money by taking off work for this to come replace it. Also saw other people with the Denny problems and saw a couple of these same units on secondary sites with dents where people got an replacement and was selling the dented ones.

    I wish I would have had Samsung replace the dryer too. The washer failed and they refunded my mone. I wish I had made them replace the dryer as well as I could have got the dryer and stacked them.

    Oh my gosh after buying a set of these pedestals for one home, I will have to buy a second set. You cannot believe how much easier it makes doing your laundry. There’s no bending over to put your clothes in the washer or dryer. I am not very tall, but I can still see the control panel with no problem. I can’t tell you how happy I am to have them.

    It made a huge difference. It’s well worth it. It makes getting clothes out of the washer and dryer much easier.

    – We have ordered two pedestals matching to our washer and dryer over the chat, promised to for free install.
    – But when delivered, they didn’t install these, first upset.
    – So, we called them for install, after some conversation, BB is agreed for install service.
    – After few days, BB GeekSquad showed up, rushed into the house with tools to install Washer / Dryer. We told them to the request is to install the pedestals, they said they will not do it, call the BB customer service again, second time upset.
    – So, we need to call them again and make appointment. The pain is every time they show up, someone needs to be at home, we accepted 3rd time inconvenience and made the appointment.
    – Wait for another shock. BB team showed up, these people are nice, opened the boxes half the way, then the biggest shock, these DON’T MATCH to the washer / dryer we have. Biggest SHOCK. So, the guy who ordered didn’t do the right job, he selected wrong SKUs, just to place the order, don’t care to listen to what I say/needed and promised to the extent he can just to place the order. Wrong SKU and false promise of free install.
    – So, called again, to pick up these two wrong ones and
    deliver two correct ones.
    – One more time inconvenience of someone to stay at home.
    – Next time showed up, people are not friendly, they just went inside laundry room, closed the doors, didn’t care to what we wanted to say. They did some work, BOOM, new laundry pedestal has scratches on it. Where is the second pedestal? Well, they ran out of these, not in stock.
    The problem is not resolved yet, really looking for help. It has been almost 6 weeks, totally frustrated with BB service.
    Sorry for the bad review on the service, we tried to resolve over the phone, but it is not getting resolved.
