Love it!!! The third tray for silverware is great. This allows me to remove the silverware baskets on the lower rack when I need more space. Storm scrub is awesome! I also like that it pops the door part way open to aid in drying. I am a happy camper!!

Very sleek design and very easy to install by yourself. The dishes dont stink and everything gets clean after the wash, i jam pack it with loads of dishes and they come out clean like they should. I would 100 percent recommend to anyone who is in the market for a new dishwasher, very simple to use. I have had 2 dishwashers that had issues that were whirlpool, this one if worth every dollar!

This dish washing machine cleans dishes quietly and efficiently. Top of door buttons are hard to access under counter edge. Recommend front of door buttons if it suits your installation.

I’ve had this dishwasher for 3 years, delivered in November 2020. I do like it, but there are a couple of things to consider before purchasing. First of all, the filter is not easy to clean. It’s not like other dishwashers where you just turn the filter and pull it out. The filter has at least 11 screws that have to be removed and you have to disconnect the storm wash and sprayer to get the filter out. It is a very involved job and a poor feature, in my opinion. The second thing about this dishwasher is that I have to thoroughly clean my dishes before I load them, otherwise there are food particles still left on them after the load is done. It’s a nice looking dishwasher, and maybe with a water softener it would clean the dishes better, but I would not buy it again. Mainly because of that filter!

The 3rd top rack doesn’t clean at all and it sometimes has a hard time cleaning the dishes throughout, regardless of the settings. It’s worthwhile for the discounted price it was purchased for.

This product does not work. We have had a repairman from Best Buy over to attempt to correct the leak (LC error), to no avail. So, we have a brand new product that does not work (a towel holder). And Best Buy does not stand behind the products they sell. The highest level escalated for our “ticket” admitted the same thing. Best Buy does not offer support. Only Samsung does.

I love this dishwasher. I wish Best Buy would have been more honest in advertising it. It was sold through the Outlet Store as New. It was not new. I found 2 spoons in it when we opened the door. There is a ding on the front of it also–not noted in the description.

Was a decent dishwasher at first, but after about a month of use, leaves food particles all over the place. I have to basically pre-wash the dishes before putting them in. Basically just a glorified sanitizer, do not recommend this dishwasher. The only way they dry is when the door pops open automatically at the end of the cycle, so dry water marks on everything as well.

I couldn’t be happier with my new dishwasher. I came home after the first time I used it to find it was slightly open. I thought something was wrong until I read the manual. You can set it to do that which vents and keeps your dishes even drier. I LOVE it!!

WE bought all appliances as a package and this dishwashers mother board has broken twice in three years. second time a few weeks after the extended 3 yr warranty we bought expired.. and its STILL not fixed. Going back and forth between Best Buy and Samsung has been a nightmare. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG APPLIANCES, THEY ARE TERRIBLE TO DEAL WITH IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG

Wasnt installed properly by best buy. Had to fix the draining hose and since the hose was bent for so lomg – dishwasher didny drain properly which caused the dishwasher motor to burn out. Warranty wasnt honered by best buy. Have to repurchase a new dishwasher elsewhere

Failed after 1 year and 6 days of use, the warranty is for 1 year and support is impossible. I really trusted Samsung and went all in for all our appliances, so far this is the first to fail…but 1 year of use by a family of 3, seriously?!
