    I bought this for my galaxy book 2 and for future use when I switch my phone over to the fold series. It is a great pen, really similar to apples pencil.

    I lost the pen that originally came with my tablet and my backup broke on the very tip where the connector piece meets the actual pen. I got this one so I could continue drawing and it works wonderfully.

    It’s interesting this pen worked great for the s8 ultra, but, it doesn’t magnetize to the tablet because it’s actually bigger than the default ultra pen, and has to charged via USB c. Which is a bummer that it doesn’t utilize the tablet’s charging spot. Other wise so!I’d pen

    So far the S Pen Pro is still working. Only time will tell how long a single tip will last before breaking, again.

    PROS:
    – For us it holds a charge for many days
    – Works similar to the original S Pen that came with the Samsung S8 Tablet
    – Comes with a protective case
    – Comes with extra tips, however, for $100, there should be at least 10 extra tips, not just 2 or 3 tips

    CONS:
    – Pen is bigger than the original S Pen that came with the Samsung S8 Tablet, therefore, it can’t fit into the pen slots on S8 tablet cases, therefore, it is more likely to eventually get lost
    – After the extra tips are used up, there is no way to buy Samsung pen tips – People are forced to either buy another very expensive pen or buy generic hard plastic tips that can and do break inside the pen

    After using the S Pen for school on my Galaxy Tab 8 Ultra, I found my hands would get cramped because the pen was too small. The S Pen Pro is definitely way better for writing. It is just a shame that there aren’t many cases for the Tab that fits the size of the S Pen Pro.

    It’s really no different than the standard pen that comes with the galaxy tab s7 and up. No new functionalities. It’s decent though. Longer than your stock pens. But it is kinda cumbersome to carry around.

    Why is it impossible to get a replacement from any best buy or Verizon store in s.w. Florida? Maybe Microsoft is giving those kickbacks to management if they sell surface laptops. And one way to do that is if people couldn’t use a bunch of their Samsung tablets functionality because they lost/damaged their S-pen, they might decide to buy a surface because bestbuy seems to have no problem keeping surface pens in stock -_-

    I definitely enjoy using this over the smaller s-pen that came with my phone, especially for my galaxy book. The switch is pointless unless you have the Fold. Overall works like literally every other S-pen you could have. The appeal is in the size, if that’s worth 100 dollars to you.

    Surprised by how well this pen works. I have the apple pencil too, and it’s very similar. I like the battery on this pen and the style. Big heavier, I feel, than the apple pen but not by much. I was able to pair this to the Samsung galaxy book 2. So far, everything has been flawless.

    It was not compatible with my Samsung laptop. Geek squad had to help me find another stylus that would work for me. You would think Samsung would have worked.

    I purchased this thinking it was an exact replacement of the S pen that came with my Tab S6 Lite 2022 so it would fit in the pen hold of the Samsung Tab S6 Lite folio. It is much longer and will not fit into the folio so I will return it. It is a comfortable pen to hold and use but without fitting into the folio it deos not worjk for me.

    Love that it charges via usb C & you can see the blinking light if lost BUT that’s the only differences with the pro. If it’s lost with the blinking light facedown then you’re SOL.

    I bought this as an upgrade replacement for my Samsung S8 Tab, since I lost my original pen. It is in no way an upgrade, I didn’t see any more value in it then the original pen. The fact that you can locate it (if the battery is not dead) is far outweighed by the fact that it does not fit on the back of the S8 where the original pen goes and is charged. It also does not fit in the space on the OEM Samsung folio keyboard case. Tip broke off in the 2 weeks I had it, luckily made it in time for return. Perhaps better fit for S8+ or Ultra but not the regular S8 for sure.

    Over all great pen but due to the design of it, if the point of the pen breaks inside of it you can not get it out effectively making the pen useless. I’ve had to get a replacement 3 times now.

    The 0.7mm tip is perfect for taking notes and drawing. It is small enough to provide precision, but large enough to be comfortable to use.
    The low latency of 26ms is great for writing and drawing. There is very little lag between when you move the pen and when it appears on the screen.
    The built-in button is very useful. You can use it to activate features like Air Command, which gives you quick access to a variety of tools and shortcuts.

    I love it, it has the option for the fold edition as well, charge lasts a while but I can also use it as a regular s pen when it has no charge you just lose some of the extra features. It is very large, longer than the s edition phones but I’m ok with that. I had a small one that I lost and this one has proven to be much harder to lose!
