Do NOT buy this if you plan to use it with an XBOX. It will blank out sporadically; just long enough to interrupt your game. This monitor is NOT for GAMING with and XBOX.
Best Buy won’t take it back and Samsung will only give you the run around because you can’t take a picture of the problem. I’ve been through all the settings and trouble shooting (swapping cables, changing refresh and resolutions, etc…) (and mind you, I’m no newbie to the audio/visual world). It happens, like I said, sporadically and quickly that there is no way to anticipate the issue or capture it without recording hours of game play. But when it does happens, it is not a good movement. I has to buy a cheaper, no name, monitor to replace this one. I am very bothered as I have been a long time Samsung user, but no more…..

Purchased the open box excellent option and it arrived today with all of the parts on top of the screen. Unfortunately for a monitor the most important is the screen and there was no effort to secure the parts inside.

Bought two to run from a 2080ti, ended up upgrading to a 7900xtx to increase my refresh rate while keeping the 2k resolution for higher end games. Zero problems with either monitor.

The monitor I initially received had some dead pixels on the screen out of the box. After attempting to fix the issue myself, I decided to contact customer service the next day. The service I received was excellent and responsive over text, and I was able to send the monitor back and have a new one sent to me free of charge within about a week. I was very happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend purchasing from Samsung based off the quality of the service alone.

Really a beautiful monitor. I was deciding between this one and the GIGABYTE – M27Q 27″ LED QHD. I bought both and returned the Gigabyte; the following is a summary as to why.
Performance-wise, the Gigabyte is actually slightly better, but not in any remarkable way that would be noticeable to a simpleton like me (i.e., in absence of a professional performance measurement software).
It is a gaming monitor, which has the capacity to rotate on a swivel to stand up vertically (can hook up PS5 or XBOX to game). Although I rarely use the vertical orientation, I REALLY LOVE HOW SMOOTH the physical parts are when adjusting the display; this was the main reason I chose this monitor over the Gigabyte, which felt like cheap China crap.
Cons: Too few ports. This display ONLY has ONE HDMI PORT!
Overall, I use this as a dedicated monitor for my laptop. Never had any issues, feels like quality, swivels up vertically and viewing angle adjusts very comfortably, multipurpose as gaming display, looks good, and it was available for a nice price. Good luck!

DO NOT BUY. Monitor flickers white, then black, sometimes green, and then red often when trying to game at 120hz. Samsumg released a patch for the other G5 but not this one. Very disappointed in Samsung. Will probably never buy another Samsung monitor.

I purchased two of these items to setup dual monitors for my granddaughter. The final setup was great and all components came together nicely. I specifically purchased these monitors because they were curved. This was a great benefit since the monitors ended up fitting nicely on the desk. The picture quality is also a great factor. This was a much needed purchase and well worth it.

Love my monitor!! I’m considering purchasing a second one, cyberpunk 2077 and red dead redemption 2 both look fantastic on Max settings!! I also play online pvp games which are very fast paced and I rely on the refresh rate to get me wins! Overwatch on max settings works and looks great on this!!
