This was a great price and my grandson loves it. Had to buy a case for it to make sure it was safe if dropped. I would purchase again.

The case was was damaged and smelled like cigarette smoke and tablet was filthy. It had crusty debris in all of the crevices. They dont bother cleaning them and the device was only $10 cheaper than brand new. Now I have to pay for return shipping of an item that is cleaner now than when I got it because I cleaned it .my store doesnt accept refurbished returns.

Tablet had a poor display and lagged when trying to use. Customer service was great and return was made simple and easy

The item was a good for the price, but my only problem is that it never came with the case.If they are going to put the case in the photo, you might as well bring it with the tablet.
