This item was supposed to arrived in it’s original packaging. It was anything but that. It arrived in a box 4 times too large with all the components flying around or taped to the actual front of the monitor but NO PACKING material whatsoever. The box had so many holes on the inside from the monitor flapping around and wasn’t even securely taping in the shipping process – unbelievably disappointed since despite it being refurbished – it was supposed to be shipped under the care of Best Buy and that is how they ship items now apparently.
