    do you NVME lol, yes NVME is something to be envious of, this drive is super fast! If you really need the speed and can afford it, this is one of the best on the market but I highly doubt most people will see a difference compared to other SSD’s, it all depends on the use. I only use it as a boot and application volume, all my games reside on a Samsung 860 Evo which I also purchased from bestbuy. I do not use mechanical drives, except on my server for media archive, SSD is the way to go, buy any cheap SSD and it will blow your HDD away!!!!

    Samsung 970 EVO NVME is one of the fastest SSDs around and it was a great addition to my new PC build where it mounted directly on the Motherboard for max performance.

    Got a refurbished item at a very attractive discount and it’s been flawless and trouble free.

    i was pleased with this samsung 970 evo 500gb ssd drive. only thing i wished is that they would have included a screw to secure it to the motherboard. ordered the screw off ebay and I had to wait another week to install it.

    Dude who cares what it stands for, Right? I assure you that it’s faster than SSD by at least 6 times. You thought i have SSD why do i need this NVME crap??? I will tell you simple for one reason:

    Took the drive out of the packaging, I WAS WHAT THE HECK IS THIS? did i get scammed they gave me an empty skeleton from Samsung. DUDE!!! This NVME drive crap is what we should’ve had a long time ago.

    Installed windows 10 and fully updated to the max in under “DRUM ROLL” if i said 5 minutes i’ll be a liar.

    Man oh man, I was totally shocked by the speed. It’s almost instant. Fastest SSD takes almost 15 minutes just to install windows 10.

    Buy and use without ever looking back to HDD or SSD 🙂

    My drive had about 10 hours of use on it and 500GB written to it. No issues so far. It’s been installed in a system for about a month now. Definitely recommended.

    It was like new! Work great! Check with Samsung app and did not have more that 500gb write to the nvme. So is like new

    Samsung have best M2 SSDs out right now and I got it for $59. Use it as my boot drive and boots up and runs buttery fast. Would buy again.

    I was hesitant at first buying a refurbished drive.
    To my surprise very little data was written to the device.
    The price seems to fluctuate day to day but if you can find it at a low then it’s an excellent bargain.
    I have purchased 3 already and not a single issues.
    When the price is right again I will buy another.

    I’m not gonna go into depth about the speeds just know that it preformed perfectly out of the box with the fastest speeds I’ve ever seen and it’s so reliable the entire time the transfer speed remains consistent to this day 12/5/19

    I’d recommend getting a 240 GB one because these are best used as a boot drive, but if you can get one for around the price I did ($52), jump on it. I can go from my computer completely shut down to logged in to Windows within 10 seconds, no joke. I’d also highly recommend this over the Plus version, because it’s an extreme price premium for very little performance difference.

    Also, I know you can’t see it in the picture I uploaded because it’s under a heatsink on my board, but it’s there lol.

    If you are in the market for an M.2 SSD but want to get the most bang for your buck then this is for you. You can find professional reviews all over the web that will show you that you can’t beat this drive for the money. My personal experiences with this drive and an internal SATA of the same class are wonderful.

    I had a little bit of a hard time getting my PC to boot from this drive but I still gave it 5 stars because I don’t think that is the drive’s fault.

    This drive is 500 GB. Samsung magician indicates it only had 400 gb of data written to it prior to my receipt. Like practically new. Good drive.
