    Works great, if you have old computers or laptops that need a hdd boost these things do the trick for sure and wow are they cheap these days. I know they are not near as fast as the new M.2 drives BUUUUUUUT! These are cheap and very accessible and probably work faster than anything your old machine can handle lol. Love these SSD’d I bought three of them!

    SSD was in new condition. Runs perfect. I may be biased, but Samsung SSD are the BEST and the Magician software is a plus. I added the 870 to my 860 SSD. Speeds are tops in it’s class.

    Pretty fast and lots of room. Got mine refurbished with no issues. It’s not faster than a nvme drive but definitely faster than any hdd. Oh and Samsung usually reliable on SSDs.

    Great refurbished SSD, especially at a discounted price! The only knock on it is that it didn’t show up on my PC after I installed it, but that could have been just a Windows issue that could have happened with any SSD. I fixed it by going to “Disk Management” and activated the SSD. You can find the video on YouTube “How to Activate New Hard-drives Not Showing Up on Windows 10” to walk you through the process.

    Samsung drives are generally slightly overpriced but as a refurb it’s pretty good value. Check how many writes it has when you get it.

    I bought two of these drives. One is now in my PS4 and has improved my user experience exponentially. The other is going into my desktop and I expect it to perform just as well. I will buy morebof these to expand my storage.

    I decided to change a laptop from hard drive to ssd for fear of age deterioration. After replacement speed significantly increased and, while not guaranteed, i feel better about a newer storage medium. Neighbor had recommended Samsung because he does this at work and hasn’t had a ssd Sumsung failure yet.

    I have used PNY, Kingston, LiteOn, and few other off brand SSDs and always come back to Samsung EVO. I love the Samsung Magician software that allows you to monitor the drive health and performance a well as allow you to use system memory as a cache to speed up performance and set overprovisioning to reserve part of the drive capacity as unpartitioned space to help extend the life of the drive. It doesn’t hurt to be able to get these drives at a greatly reduced price through Best Buy Geek Squad as reconditioned drives. Out of the 7 drives I have purchased this way, from 500GB to 2TB, all have had extremely low hours of use with no bad sectors and have performed exceptionally well. I will continue buying the Geek Squad Certified Refurbished Samsung EVO drives either until they are no longer made or I convert to M.2 after which I will probably also choose the Samsung drives.
