I bought the FoldZ4 512GB with a trade-in and when I turned in the trade-in BB insisted on taking my fingerprint, they said it is a store policy, I strongly objected and spoke to manager, someone who was in the cashier, then sa8d it was Samsung policy. Either way this is an egregious invasion of privay, I decided to return the phone, I will buy it for same or better price from Amazon, they do ot request fingerprints for trade-in. BestBuy, if you are reading this stop stealing our biometrics..!!

I had this phone for 2 weeks and love it the pictures are great the battery life is great last me all day long i dropped it many times and the screen doesn’t break the only thing I can think is i find it just a little bit hard to open

I have received many compliments from other people especially the Iphone users. I think they are jealous. Besides the few app errors due to software issues, maybe the only thing I can think of is the battery? Then again i am on the phone all the time.

First time buying the fold 4 and this is by far the best. Had to return the Xperia 4 due to network issues and too short battery life. Software is fast smooth and battery life is reasonable for 120hz or just turn it off and lasts much longer. Wait for the discounts and don’t pay full price. Big screen is great and hardly noticed the crease. Samsung hit a home run with this version. Highly recommend.

The ZFold 4 is a cool phone. The folding is leaps and bounds better than previous devices. The only thing that i dont like is the $2k price tag.

Phone has been great overall from battery life to multi-tasking. Very comfortable to use despite the size. Only downside is not the phones fault but rather android vs ios, but 3rd party messaging app is needed to send high quality pictures and video through text messages.

DON’T BUY IT. 4 months in and black stripe of death (Google it). Insurance was conveniently canceled 2 months prior to the screen failing by the insurance company. Really awesome phone other than only lasting 4 months.
Spent two and a half hours talked to eleven people. One of their associates had her rooster in the room carrying on. Another call 2 guys were carrying on a conversation in a foreign language. Everybody was pointing the finger at the other guy as to why my 2k phone only lasted 4 months. Insurance was conveniently canceled 2 months ago. I’ve spent over 20k on their products, thanked them for the good run. The galaxy fold 4 has a defective screen design. They should have let us know before selling it.
They did offer to give me $750 for my 2k brick towards a new s23.
During this 6 hour treck I saw another one cracked at the repair shop and my secretary’s is now beginning to crack

I have been a samsung loyal customer, however do your research and avoid all fold and flip phones, after a year near the warranty expire, the inside screen black screen of death appears. I contacted samsung, they were very rude, and blamed me for not buy warranty on a faulty device. either only stick with S series or just moved to Iphone as I will take my business to apple now.

Love this phone. The bulk of it in a pocket (folded) can get a little obnoxious, but you get used to it in time. When you unfold it, and look atit semi-straighr forward you can hardly notice the crease in the display.
The camera is good, not great; not nearly as good as galaxy s21ultra or s22 ultra.
Turns out samsung holds a pretty good warranty on the phone and screen separately, assuming you have not visually traumatic damage.

Best phone ever, I am a power user and use it for sales. This cell by far has given me more productive than ever before. A bit heavier and bulkier but it pales in comparision with the benefits. Camera features and the screen, battery life are incredible!

The ability to multitask with this phone is amazing. You get efficiencies of a tablet while still only needing to carry your phone and not multiple devices. Although it is very bulky and not too many cases that provide impact protection are small, making the phone even bigger, it is still better than trying to carry 2-3 devices all the time. I don’t recommend this as a personal phone for people who enjoy taking pictures, other phones such as the S22 & S23 have much better cameras and the front camera is very pixelated when there is a lot of light.

Outstanding performing phone. I love that opening it turns it into a mini tablet. Especially when multi tasking or showing or looking at pictures. Processing speed is fantastic and it operates well. You can use a closed front screen if you dont want full screen to help conserve battery power. Once you use this phone i dont think you will ever go back to a conventional smart phone when you start using the larger screen..
