    Nice phone Samsung case sucks get case that’s one piece and not two. The first time you fold it does put a crease but it’s not that visible when you turn it on.

    The draw a pattern password doesn’t allow for in between the dots making me have to reset the phone after setting it up. Other than that so far so good

    My phone’s screen cracked at the fold with normal use. It is 18 days past the one year warranty. Best Buy referred me to Samsung. Samsung said that I am to pay for the repair.
    I would not recommend this product.

    Currently have the 4 and i will say i think this model is superior. Curently have a bruise on the display, and i dropped this one multiple times and nothing of the sort ever happened. Its durability will surprise you and all the other specs will exceed your expectations for sure! Great phone!

    Overall, very fun and usable phone. After a year of using it the crease is starting to show more wear and is not as responsive as it used to be. Connectivity stays very consistent and have not had many issues while in italy.

    I love the idea of making phone smaller and easily store but it compromise the touch areas and it doesn’t have great battery consumption way too expensive for what it’s worth

    Highly recommend this product even though it got weird and I needed a replacement. The local managers and product support specialists are very talented and experienced. When transferring data from the old phone they were able to work around an unusual problem that none of them had dealt with before. It was actually fun watching them work.

    The Z Flip 3 is a great phone. It’s very easy to ise. The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is because the screen protector develops a crease iver time and it lifts up in tje fold, trapping debris behind it.

    Great size but,the factory installed screen protector failed at the crease 10 months in. On both mine and my wifes. Samsung replaced them and 7 months later, failed again. We were out of warranty so, too bad for us. The battery is also horrible. Don’t waste your time and money on this phone.

    It’s solid. Folds to be compact, has great cameras, that front screen is very useful, and folding the phone closed to be dramatic when ending a call is nice to have back. Dex is also nice to have from time to time.

    I have bought open box items from Best Buy and all have been good except the z flip 3 that said open box excellent and was not it had a shattered Camera lens scratches everywhere can’t tell you the problems I had lucky was excepted on trade in for my phone company because it was not unlocked

    Cool phone. I love how compact it can get when closed. You can barely see the crease in the middle where it folds from the front view; hasn’t been an issue for me.

    my wife loves this phone. she used to be an apple user and i have turned her to the dark side and she refuses to go back to apple. haha jk, she really loves this phone though. the screen did happen to hers but it was an easy fix. just as easy as fixing and iphone broken screen hehe. and facetiming and watching is super easy cause it holds itself up and the phone cases are pretty cool too.
