I have an issue with the first person who came to install my a Samsung dishwasher The first time he came to install it he said that the dishwasher was not going to fit. He said that the counters weren’t the right height. We then went back and ordered an ADA compliant dishwasher. Today he came over, got a call and said that someone else would co!e over to install it since he had a family emergency. The second person was fine and he installed the dishwasher without any problem. I noticed that there is a space between the dishwasher and the cabinet. My family thinks that the first person who came to install the dishwasher did not want to do the job, since he backed out of installation twice. Thought that BestBuy should know.

Product may be ok. 1st delivery, the delivery company managed to forget to install the kick plate which is very large on this unit and it wasn’t apparent until they left. Best buy was happy to exchange it. Next delivery, the delivery company had an incorrect address and i tried to have them fix it early in before delivery but the delivery company is incompetent. So maybe attempt # 3 will be a success? The company they use to deliver and install gets 0 stars. I’ve wasted over 4 hours of my life dealing with geek squad, best buy and the awful delivery company. Based on my salary, the unit should be free

I can’t believe all the good reviews here. It can’t fit a standard dinner plate! You might think you can put one in, but then if you look at the clearance of the washing arm under the top rack it will hit when it spins. Which is OK because if the DW is more than half full stuff won’t get clean, therefore to get it to work you have to lay the dinner plates flat or at an exaggerated angle and fit about 20% of the stuff you could in a normal sized dishwasher. So forget about any energy savings because you have to do so many washes. When not in use you actually have to power it down or it chimes all the time. For the price, its not really quiet, has very few features (e.g. no time delay), and the normal cycle is almost 3 hours long. You’re basically paying a premium to get a specialty smaller sized DW, but so poorly designed. A normal dishwasher is only 1-2 inches taller than this, they could have easily designed it to hold normal sized stuff, but instead they just shrunk down every dimension so, yeah. What a bummer.

We just needed a shorter than normal dishwasher since the last owner floored-in the old one.
It runs quiet and cleans dishes without an issue. Just make sure to leave the door open 30 degree for drying.
So far so good.

The machine is smaller than suggested by pictures and description because I purchased it online. However, the main issue is that it has not been working properly ever since it was installed.
It stopped working properly a week after it was installed. The machine would not completely drain the water at the end of the cycle. This happened a week after it was installed and then it worked properly for 2-3 days. Then it would drain incompletely each cycle and we had to use the force drain option to remove all the water. I called Bestbuy and they sent some to take a look. They turned out to be installation experts and said they could not find any problems even after running the machine for an hour.
Then the problem became worse and water leaked into the kitchen floor. I called Bestbuy again and this time, I was transferred to Samsung tech support. They sent their technicians who checked and identified the problem in the drain pipe. According to them, the machine was not installed properly and the drain pipe was compressed. The next day, the problem came back and machine would not drain the water. I called again and they sent over someone. This time, the technicians replaced the drain pipe and pump and ran the machine which worked fine at that time. However, the problem came back when I ran the machine the next day and there was water leaking into the kitchen floor.
I called again and this time I talked via text message because I was at work. I got a message that someone will be coming over but have not heard from anyone. When I called again, I was told the ticket has been closed even though I did get any confirmation via email or phone. Every time I call, it is getting harder to have the issue resolved.
I am really disappointed with the whole experience since I am spending a considerable amount of time trying to get someone to fix the problem. The reason why I chose a Samsung dishwasher was because of their reputation as providers of products of great quality and reliability. This experience has made me think twice before venturing into buying a Samsung appliance.

Iblove this dishwasher. It is very quiet, which was vwry important because i have an open concept home. It does a great job of cleaning my dishes, and had a great variety of wash cycles, including fast wash, sanitize and heat water options. My counters are a bit lower and this ADA washer fit perfectly in the space. It was easy to install. So happy i purchased this.

If i could score with no stars, I would. This is the worst dishwasher design I’ve ever seen. 1) Slots too close together for plates 2) Incredibly flimsy racks (bottom racks constantly coming off track 3) Cannot fit standard dinner plates (top rack too low, and the sprayer cannot spin to wash lower rack items). This product should be discontinued, or there should be a disclaimer about the max plate size to anyone shopping online. Thankfully, Best Buy agreed to do an exchange.

I’m having the hardest time figuring out how to position my drinking glasses on the upper rack. Tins on both racks are either too far apart or too close. Im so regretting this purchase for this reason.

Satisfied with this dishwasher! Fit into our smaller space, isn’t too loud, and gets the dishes dry. We have to be careful of how tall items can be arranged on the bottom shelf. Standard size dinner plates can’t all go in the bottom rack, since they’ll knock the spinner beneath the top rack. But it’s certainly better than no dishwasher!

This unit comes with a plug and cannot be hard wired like almost every other dishwasher on the market. If you have an outlet your ok, but if you are like most people this will not work in your home.
