  1. Bill

I really like the oven/range. I only wish I could figure out how to store the oven divider when I’m not using it.

  2. Ruthie

The guys that delivered the range were great! Also love the double oven option.

  3. Lizzie

Best decision ever for my new house. It is awesome and beautiful.

  4. KTOKTO

My wife is enjoying her new oven. She has been enjoying the easy oven size selection by sliding out the divider as well. Mostly we need the smaller section since it is now just she and I. We also felt it was very thought provoking that extra gas nozzles were included just in case we did have annissues, which, as we would have expected, we did not.

  5. Beannie

Living in a condo, needed to be economical on space. This stove fit the bill. Have been using it for a couple of years now. It’s perfect for what I need: 2 ovens, can use both at the same time at different temperatures. Has convection baking and will automatically adjust the temperature for convection baking. Would buy it again.

  6. Carol

I really like having double oven feature. Gas is easier to use

  7. bajakirk

This looks great in our home. My wife has loved using it, especially since we were electric before. It’s going to take some time to get used to cooking over gas heat, but I love it! We have not yet tried using both upper and lower oven yet, but using the upper oven has been nice. Cooks food nicely. As long as we don’t have future problems it will have been an excellent purchase. What I don’t like is that even though it was ordered 12/2/2019, we did not actually take deliver of it until 3/31/2020 and it wasn’t installed until 4/7/2020. The warranty should not start clocking down at least until we took possession of the stove. So 4 months of the warranty burns off while it sits in the box, in the warehouse. Not cool. But we do like the range.

  8. VinHTX

My wife and I are very happy with this range. The Smart Things integrations is a huge plus for this range. Very powerful burners and a major upgrade from our old GE range.

  9. Ronald

Bought this range mainly because I liked the way it looked. The two-part door is even more practical and useful than I anticipated. After having it for a few months, I’ve probably used the oven 40 times and only needed the bottom portion of range twice. Also, my kitchen is open to the living and dining areas, so range is very visible. I think every person that’s walked into the area has complimented how nice it looks.

  10. DaCoach

Awesome Double oven for kitchen with normal space.

  11. Mojoman

Open box item was damaged and the oven didn’t work! I’ll never buy anything from Best Buy unless it’s new in box!

  12. Marlon

The oven worked great at first, but I did the self-cleaning and now it does work. How can I get assistance on it.

  13. Nikie

This is by far the best stove I have ever used. It is user friendly & does a GREAT job of baking & roasting . I love, love, love it!!

  14. MrsC

We are finally getting back to cooking with gas (haha). The double oven is the time saver we hoped it would be. I tried using it without reading any of the owner’s manual, it was worth it to stop pressing buttons and read the manual. I really love that the knobs light up blue when the gas is on, puts my mind at ease. Paid to have it professionally installed and it slid in with out sticking out too far.

  15. BeachShack2020

The oven has nice features and looks good. I have this installed in an island. Irs the only slide in i could find that has a top lip around the top of the oven to cover the gaps and give it that custom drop in look.

  16. Kalinda

Had a Samsung Flex Duo electric stove when they first came out in 2009 and loved it! We just moved to Texas and our kitchen appliances needed updating. No matter what we looked at we always came back to the Flex Duo. We love our new stove! It is a soy stunning to look at and gives us the opportunity to use a small oven for smaller cooking needs, thus reducing heat in our kitchen. No issues or complaints so far. Only had it 2 weeks but our past experience with the Flex Duo we got in 2009 leads us to believe it will be a great preformer.

  17. Lees

This is amazing, even has a burner for a wok. Should’ve bought this a few years back. Very easy to use.

  18. Sueb

I wish the ven cook types where opposite of how they are. The flames aren’t perfect. Lots of room on the store tops. Haven’t left a burner on since I started using this. Love how the light up when in use.

  19. Madashell

I have researched gas Bonus! for months before making my decision. The reviews were positive for this stove and the duo oven is a hugh bonus!

  20. Sister

Love it, it worked perfectly, I’ve used electric for years and thought it would be difficult to get used to, not at all, everything cooked as expected. I wish I did this sooner.

  21. Grubguy63

We are very satisfied with this range/oven. It’s easy to clean on cooktop and very appealing in the kitchen. Love the double oven as well

  22. Renee31

The cooktop is amazing. The food heats up quickly and cooks evenly.
The oven….well…If the top half is for pizza as I have tried, you will find that one half is dark the other half is light and the middle is cool to cold. Sigh. I do not plan on using it for cooking or baking. For heating up food yes. For toast great.
The bottom half, I have not tried. The next time I cook a pizza, I will use the entire oven. I pray that goes well.
The overall appearance and blue light on the knobs when a burner is in use is great

  23. Marzman20

The top oven has stopped working two times now. Samsung repaired it the first time under warranty. The second time I had to cover the price of repair. Looking at the reviews online, this is known issue. I love the TV products, this stove not so much!!!

  24. Stina

Touch screen turns on to easily. But overall, everything is evenly cooked and delicious. Glad I made this purchase.

  25. Steve

My wife (and I) absolutely Love this range especially its versatility!!!

  26. mollykat

This is a great gas stove.. love the split door for oven, use the upper part for heating up pizza etc all the time. Also the large burner/griddle in middle is nice

  27. KK22

This has transformed our cooking. The large burner gets hot enough that it indeed takes out a few hairs off my fore arm while I’m stirring the pot/pan. Very clean looking and burning range, good safety features too.

Only wish the middle burner burned hotter and the oven could be turned on remotely. Works well with family hub if you want to know if its on and at what temp. Would recommend!

  28. Judy

I’ve had this stove 2 years and it’s awesome. I was afraid of all the computer parts on it but it’s worked like a charm.

  29. Doug

This gas range works very well. The self cleaning is good. Had some problems with the convection fan making a noise and the door latch hanging but after technician made some adjustments, it works okay now.

  30. Jesse

Fancy range oven! Love the features and functions a lot! Enjoy cooking with it!

  31. Nick

The best range anyone could buy!! Lots of
    Options!

  32. AndyM

So far we are very pleased with the look and performance of this dual fuel range.

  33. Westbest

I really liked this stove at first but there are some issues. The upper oven runs a little hot and I really have to watch things. Front knobs can be easily pushed on and there should be some kind of indication light that a burner is on. The grates on top are designed in a way that small pots can turn over if not centered over burner and if handles aren’t aligned the right way. Love the way it looks and the double oven so you don’t have to bend way over. Still haven’t figured out how to clean the oven.

  34. Liza

Love the double oven feature. I have 4 little kids so there’s a lot of different food options I can cook or bake at the same time

  35. greatgift

Very sensitive touch screen. Very hard to keep clean. scratches very easily. but works great.

  36. Ashhegde

Don’t buy this range! One of the worst,
1 year two months into it, the door is warped and doesn’t close properly. No online help, local repair couldn’t fix it. Samsung Repair will cost $400+.
One of burner has started rusting.

    Issues with their microwave too.

Really within a year, I had a Old Ge for 20 yrs and had no issues the whole time.
Last time I will ever buy any Samsung appliance. They should stick to making just TV’s.

  37. TucsonLarry

This SAMSUNG Flex-Duo Gas stove is of unbelievable high quality and also beautiful. I think it is best gas stove on the market. From the controls to the burners to the ovens there is nothing about this machine that’s not remarkable. The convection feature speeds up cooking and you need to practice with it a little, but is a huge bonus when using the oven.
    Just Buy it !

  38. ChrisandAshley

For a $2600 Stove I expected so much more. The oven cooks unevenly. I have had 3 service calls and spent an addition $500 repairing a broiler. I will NEVER buy another Samsung stove again.

  39. Troymegasoy

Awesome stove really cool features I recommend it if you can get it for a discount because it was really expensive. I got it for a discount

  40. M3Medina

Solid gas stove from Samsung with ease of use with technology features. It offers varied uses for our family cooking needs.

  41. Dupedsamsungbuyer

The top internal heating element and convection stopped working within 3 years and we are responsible for the full cost of repair. With this experience as well as now seeing all of the other similar experiences of others, I’m considering getting rid of this and buying a new oven. Why would I invest in this one only to risk a plethora of other problems on a practically brand new oven. I’ve learned an expensive lesson that I will NEVER buy ANYTHING with the brand name of Samsung.

  42. jaydeetay

The concept of having two ovens that can be converted into one is a great one, but Samsung really messed it up. The top oven will burn everything on top. The bottom oven will burn everything on the bottom. The ovens are just too small so everything is too close to the burners. Try to cook a pizza in the top oven and you’ll have a still-frozen stripe down the middle separating two halves that have been turned into charcoal. It’s utterly useless.

We bought this two years ago so have had plenty of time to get used to it and figure out how to best use it so it doesn’t ruin everything. And that way is simple: remove the middle divider so you have a single oven and cook everything in the center. The reviews we read prior to buying it said this but we wanted to believe that the concept worked. This was a mistake. It doesn’t.

Summary: The hob & burners are fine. The ovens and broiler are rubbish.

  43. Mitchell

5 years in and things keep breaking. Samsung won’t fix due to it being past 12 months of purchase. Fan makes a grinding noise that is horrible and high pitched. And the bottom oven doesn’t go past 248°

  44. Ryan

Doesn’t cook even. If using the dual feature expect your food to come out crappy.

  45. Serealll

I love my stove!! This is such a nice stove for homes without the space for wall ovens. It gives you the option to cook two things at once, or keep something warm so everything stays hot. We used to have electric but had a gas line run specifically for this stove and we have no regrets.

  46. tholt

I generally like to wait a bit before reviewing items. We are at our 2.5 year mark with this unit. I feel it has been enough time now. The stove is great. The oven works and even the dual oven feature is nice. Sadly the display panel for anything other than controls (timer, temp reading, clock, etc) has stopped working. There is a fix, but it’s $150 and you have to take the unit apart. The oven still works, you just can’t see what temp it is at or what your timer is set to. I certainly wouldn’t buy a Samsung appliance again. Of the 5 pieces we bought, 3 have had issues.

  47. Abababab

Garbage unit, broke in less than 2 years. Not worth even $1500.

  48. AvoidSamsung

~3 years in & only issues. First range was a dud, 2nd one perpetually tripped my breaker – I had an electrician diagnose the line and he isolated the issue to the oven (e.g. small spike once pre-heating was finished) – then the motherboard and all electronics + the door were replaced… equivalent to buying a used range with a warranty yet purchased new when the unit was just released. Having the door replaced a 2nd time next week.
Performance? 2 burners are pretty good, most burners basically toggle between 0 or 100, and the oven is terrible. The app is useless. You can’t even sync the time unless you cancel cooking first. Self cleaning…nope. Just sets off my fire alarm.

  49. Home

Excelent product. I recommend it. Beautiful…….

  50. DeaO

We purchased this oven the end of 2018. The oven’s ON buttons (for the whole cavity, and then for the upper only cavity) started glitching around 2020. For most of 2023 we had a hard time using the oven because it only turned on maybe 50% of the time we tried. We finally tried to get it fixed (Jan 2024) and found out Samsung stopped making the touchpad part we need. Everything else works OK, but this one part they can’t replace is rendering this oven unusable. A waste of $2,700.
