The drawer on the bottom is crooked. One side has an inch gap and other side 1/2 inch gap. It rubbed when you open the oven. They replaced the stove but new one still had a crooked drawer but not as bad. The oven door opened without rubbing. I think has to be an issue with the manufacture design.

First problem we had was the wifi does not work. Let it go because a oven does not need wifi. second problem is it does not heat to the proper temp. Third problem is that there is a fan noise now when the oven is on. Last problem is that the black stainless steal is peeling. Now the oven I paid alot of money for looks bad and does not work right.

On the 2nd day of using this and I just want to cry. I wish there had been some way of trying an oven out before you buy them. I thought having the dual oven option would be a good thing but it’s not. At least not this kind. There aren’t really two ovens. It’s basically like having a cookie sheet in the middle. The bottom part has both regular gas and convection. The top part has convection only. When using one or other the temp is a limited. I tried cooking a pizza in the top, directly on the rack and the top cooked but the bottom of the pizza was basically raw. The fan is LOUD and is constantly going off then on. The sound it has for when the preheat reaches the desired temp is LOUD. the timer is loud too, which can be a good thing. The whole house can hear it. When using the bottom part of the oven unless the rack is on the very bottom you can’t see what’s in the oven and even then it’s very difficult. Bluetooth connected…why?? It’s not like I’d want to run an oven when I’m not home. I’m glad I didn’t spend the extra $200 for the next level up oven. The “high power” burner on this one sounds like a blow torch, yet it does not boil a large pot of water any faster than my 20 yr old stove did. 5th burner in the center is useless. You can’t fit anything on there when using the other burners. Yeah you could use a griddle on the next lvl up range but I’d rather use my electric griddle, it heats all over and is easier to clean. This oven the burner is a small round one. The photo is my first batch of buns. You can clearly see where the hot spots are in the bottom part of the oven. The back left is extremely dark while the middle is barely browned.

We purchased this oven and have been using it for 2 years now. If I could give it a zero, I would. While the stovetop cooks well the oven doesn’t and the finish on both the outside of the oven and the stovetop are coming off… within 2 years!! I have only used water and a terry cloth or water with a mind dish soap if it’s really greasy to clean it and the finish FLAKES off! It’s so disappointing. I would not recommend it unless you’re looking for an oven that will likely need replacement in 5 years or less..

I love the design and the burners on top are great. Went 4 stars because there is a bit of a learning curve. My old stove you could throw things in while preheating. We have so far burned a cake and a pie. Really not a fault just something you should be aware of. If I can go another 6 months without a loss I may bump it up to 5 stars.

Pros- were double oven. Cons: The upper oven, has burnt and caught my food on fire three times. the convection fans dries out the food, and the upper broiler burner is too close to the food.
Pros – I love the grated range top, easy to clean and you can just slide fry pans across without lifting. If you decide you want this oven anyway, purchase a full replacement warranty from Bestbuy

It is really a single oven with two sets of controls because the top oven only has an upper heating element and the bottom oven only has a lower heating element. Therefore pizzas in the top oven get burned on top and have a doughy crust. If you put he pizza in the bottom the paper starts on fire. Poor design. I heard it was discontinued but Best Buy is still selling them.

Bottom deck finishing has totally cracked. The knobs, due to the heat, have melted. And when I called to get a new part on the base deck, the ENTIRE DOOR fell off when I pulled it out to get the model #.
By far the worst purchase I’ve ever made, and I LOVE Samsung.

I have had this stove for 3 years, just in the last year alone, I have had service out for the mother board to be replaced 3 times. I am on my 4th service call. Very disappointed with this stove. The look of the stove is nice, very easy to use – but useless if you can’t use the oven.

Shortly after getting it we noticed peeling on the stovetop called Samsung and they replaced the top of stove. 2 months after my warranty expired we noticed peeling of the paint around the bottom of the top handle. Called Samsung and was in disbelief to hear that peeling of the black stainless paint is considered cosmetic and not covered under warranty at all, crazy! Clearly it’s a defect, i take good care of my appliance, and to hear that even i had warranty it wouldn’t be covered is insane!!!! And you can see where it looks like the pair bubbled from the heat when using the stove. It’s so upsetting because all of my appliances are Samsung, and i will now never buy Samsung again. Make sure to get extended warranty that covers cosmetic!

I purchase this item after visiting the store. Looks great and the t caught my eyes immediately. Love the smart features. Very easy to use and even though I have not used the ovens as yet I anticipate no problem as it seems easy enough with the settings very clear. The “Convection” has been great to have during those hot summer months. Thanksgiving meal was a breeze to cook.
Highly recommended for any family that cooks meals for their families. This range is very easy to keep clean and always looks new.
We would buy again.
Disappointed –
Very happy with the product but NOT HAPPY with the delivery. Mr. SOS was scheduled to deliver between 8 and 11, confirmed by text message from SOS stating that any further communications about the time should be ignored. Best Buy subsequently updated time to b/w 11 and 1 PM which we ignored per the text. SOS finally arrived around 1:10 PM after I had canceled an appointment in order to stay at home. The installers were polite and friendly BUT did not level the range, did not install the anti-tripping device, left installation instruction papers behind the stove along with unused leak test solution and a spent tube of pipe thread sealant, left oven on without explanation as to why and gave no orientation instructions for using the appliance.
When asked as on departure, the installer said crackers could be stored in drawer beneath oven but we discovered that the Samsung booklet says no. He also explained why he left the oven on. He then had the audacity to ask for a good rating when we received the question survey.

I was specifically looking for a double door oven. When I typed in double oven in the best buy search bar this model came up. It does not have 2 separate cooking chambers that are accessed by 2 separate doors. It has a divider pan as a separator. In order to access the bottom chamber you have to open both chambers, which defeats the entire reason of a double oven! I was told that I should have read the description more carefully “ it is called a “Duo Oven” not a double oven. Lesson learned

Very disappointed. Purchased this in black stainless steel thinking it was premium product (paid more) only to have black finish to start peeling in less then 2 years.
I have only used approved cleaner recommended by BB sales team when I purchased this stove, refrigerator and microwave. When wiping down with cleaner and terry cloth towel the finish started peeling. I also bought extended warranty and BB will not cover fixing. I can understand if this was caused by damage due to misuse or accident but this is happening due to standard cleaning.
When I called out service tech he stated this is not uncommon for Samsung. Needless to say I’ll be buying all LG from now on.

I bought this years ago thinking it would help with Thanksgiving. I was sold on the Flex oven and door. Even though I read reviews about how it is almost impossible to cook items at once, except baked items like cookies, I wanted this oven.
Now aftertime the bottom oven is so small with the rolling grate that you cannot even fit a casserole dish on it. The top oven preheats with the broiler and will burn anything under the burner unless it is set to the side. If you have it set to or it reheats with the broiler also.
I came on here today to find a better oven and sell this one. It can only really be used as a single oven and works well that way. I read other reviews that this would be better suited without the drawer and add more oven space. Samsung answered that was a good suggestion and they would look into it.
I love the burner range top with griddle and that is why this rated a 2. Save your money and get a single oven or find a larger double oven.

I miss my old Kenmore. This one has been completely unreliable. As far as a cooktop I would give it 4 stars but for the Oven it gets 0.
Fast forward a couple years and the oven is dead. I made a big mistake in setting the kitchen up with Samsung appliances! We never use the split oven either – was tryign to conserve energy with making a pizza but then it only heats the top and the bottom undercooked!
