I bought this as a pair in January. Love you the washer, however the dryer will not dry any of the items. I have run it all day today and have only dried one load and another load until just damp. I clean out the lint trap after each cycle and sometimes during the cycle. I have made sure the dryer hose was not clogged too. I am at my wits end. I cannot get any of my laundry done if dryer will not dry.

Not only is this a very nice looking dryer, but the capacity is large enough to accommodate linens and comforters together.
Although it comes with connections for the “moisture mist drying” feature, the hose that comes with it (for connection to your water line) is not long enough to reach… so we chose to install it without connecting the hose (or using the added feature).

1) When we purchased in store we chose the model with the internal Rack used when drying tennis shoes ??
2) we paid & was charged for, the installation But delivery was only to the front door how do we get a refund

At first I had to learn a little because my clothes weren’t coming out completely dried
But when you press more dry it comes out perfectly dried
Has lots of options And they all work great on our clothes

I just reviewed the washer, this is also a great buy. I washed my queen sized comforter in the washer, and had ample room remaining. Moved it to the dryer and still had loads of room. There is a “Bedding” setting on both machines, and it works perfectly. The comforter wasn’t even slightly damp in any area. Additionally, this dryer has a steam feature which I’ve used to remove wrinkles from my dress shirts. It comes with an appropriate t fitting so installation is simple. However, you do have to buy an additional water hose, dryer exhaust tube, and the power cord for this dryer. I personally believe that the dryer should either come with those items, or a coupon worth the value of those items. But that’s just me… Beyond that, I love this dryer. It’s huge internally, looks sleek, and works amazingly well.
*Pro Tip* – There are several styles of power cords, ensure you buy the correct one the first time to eliminate return trips. Also, Best Buy didn’t have the one I needed, so I bought the correct one from Home Depot. Enjoy your new purchase.

This dryer has been very good. I love the dry sense technology that makes sure things are dry before it ends the cycle. The only issue I have had so far is the lint comes out of the trap onto the door sometimes but that isn’t a huge problem.

I read several reviews on dryers and needed one that would fit my space but also dry my stuff efficiently because I was sick of having to run things though 2 cycles to get things dry. I have 4 dogs so I wash a LOT of blankets and what not… this dryer is HUGE and dries everything in one cycle!
Also, it has a steam function which is amazing to me as an added function.

Easily connects to phone app to monitor start stop cycles & lint status!!! Door open isn’t always accurate. Because it doesn’t notify u that door was closed. But the dryer refresh cycle is my favorite for getting wrinkles out.

This was delivered to my house June 12th, 2020. There are 2 adults in the house, no kids. Gently used dryer went out – I’m talking awful motor noises when I try to turn on the dryer – on June 20th 2022, just after the warranty expires. Worst dryer I’ve ever purchased. My last one (it was whirlpool) lasted 14 years and still didn’t give me any issues…I just replaced it because it was old. Lesson learned!

It stopped working properly in less then 2 years. Everytime we wash a load it runs for at least 4 hours then says the load is unbalanced and regardless of how many times u attempt to fix it, it will run another hour then it us the unbalanced error again
